poor service, incompetent staff — they don't know how to handle hair specifically, as if they're trying it for the first time and even comment on their actions with the phrase "ah, I've never been able to work carefully" - the prices are high, and the quality doesn't match at all. I wouldn't give a single star if it were possible. I do not recommend 0/10.
