The location of the hotel is excellent - in the very center, near bars, casinos, the embankment, the central square.
Polite, professional staff, always help and prompt.
The restaurant has delicious food, but the choice of beer when I lived there was minimal, only Budweiser on tap.
Of the cons, I would like to update the interior, the pool and a very modest gym did not work, I would like to add a barbell rack, dumbbells weighing up to 20 kg and a pair of vultures with a set of pancakes.

The hotel is tired. Of course, you can spend the night, but you can't get 4 stars. Breakfast deserves high praise.

This is probably the most expensive and pretentious hotel in Ostrava. High level of service. Cleanliness, staff. The breakfasts are of a very high level.
