There were 12 days in late May and early June. I really liked everything, the child was delighted. For me, the main sea is nearby in 1 minute. The food is delicious, the animation is good, the staff is polite and tried their best. Cleaning every day. A pier with sun beds and umbrellas, from which you can dive. We read the reviews before the trip, they weren't very good, but in fact everything was repainted. Would you come back again ? Definitely yes!

The only thing is, this is a village in the truest sense, and if anyone needs shops and other delights of the city, then they will have to eat either in Kemer (9-10 km or 35 km to Antalya), the benefit of taxis / buses / car rental is available. We had a rest at the end of September in this hotel, the sea is fabulous, warm and affectionate, very close.The weather was pleasant.The cocktails were delicious, there were a lot of them.The ice cream is incomparable.The food, except for the usual Turkish set, cheese olives, arugula and vegetables, was cooked tasteless.The chicken was simply spoiled- overcooked .The turkey was tough.The whole fish was good on the grill.The cheeses are tasteless and unnatural. There were no watermelons at all.
The territory of the hotel is green, there are terraces and open-air bars, it's nice to sit in the evening.The animation is weak, you can say no.We got the room at first as a temporary, family room with two rooms with a huge bathroom, with a full-length window, overlooking the sea and the Grand Ring on two sides.
But in the end, they did not move us and we lived comfortably with my husband. The cleaning is purely conditional, the garbage was taken out and towels were changed.
We had a good rest, it's a pity that this hotel was recently damaged by a fire.

We have been staying at the hotel since September 27. A good hotel, well-groomed territory, wonderful sea and gentle sun. If you are going to relax and not notice the flaws (actually how we did it), then the rest will be wonderful. We have vacationed in Turkey 4 times in different areas and I can say that it is beautiful everywhere.
The SUNLAND Hotel is a budget five, rather even a four, no more. The service is very noticeably lame (and this despite the fact that we are very loyal and not whimsical tourists). If you come to the restaurant a little later than the start of its work, you risk not finding a clean table and appliances. Although you can do as we do, clean the dirty dishes yourself, then go through the tables and collect clean appliances. Option two - do not linger, approach the closed doors in advance and try to be the first (humiliating and not pleasant). We blamed these inconveniences on inflation, which apparently resulted in a shortage of maintenance personnel.
And you will get a friendly smile in return if you are young, say up to 30-35. Older tourists can count on a meager smile from the corner of their lips.
But otherwise everything is fine, a wonderful SPA, we had a lot of fun, the nature is fascinating. Very tasty ice cream every day. As an extreme, it was a rollercoaster ride, it was fun. There is a good bar on the beach, you don't even have to leave for lunch (by the way, the service is much better than in the main).

We lived on the 3rd floor.The renovation is new, everything is done stylishly and tastefully. The air conditioner was working properly. They cleaned every other day. Clean towels and white linen are in perfect order. There's only water in the minibar. There is a kettle, cups, tea.
Territory ✅. It is small, but beautiful. Clean, well-groomed. A couple of seals are walking.
Pools ✅ The large pool is clean, fun, it's not crowded. There will always be free sun beds, don't worry.
During the week of stay, the water park was never crowded with people, all the slides worked properly.
The beach is perfect, private, clean, large enough, the entrance is rocky, it's a little painful to go in, but these are small things. The pier is gorgeous, you can jump from it, it's deep there. Sun beds on the beach and on the pier are available at any
time. There is a bar on the pier.
Diet✅ In general, they are normal, but without frills. The snack bar serves delicious salmon, pide, and pizzas. Burgers are normal, but hot dogs are discount-free. The main restaurant has both fish and meat every day, but the dishes are repeated, of course. Desserts are so-so. Apples, melons, watermelons, peaches are made from fruits every day. You won't stay hungry for sure.
There is a walking area nearby, bazaars and a tour desk are 5 minutes away.
Of the cons: dirty stairs in the water park. Alcohol is so-so. There are no three separate beds (one double and one single only). There is only water in the min bar, no sodas and juices). They check in at exactly 14.00, no sooner.
In general, a good family hotel for your money. The show program ends at 23.00. After that, silence. Sleep comfortably.

Very weak in every way. The hotel has potential: a good territory and places that, with due attention and investment, could be put in order: in the same rooms, where many have already seen the views and look old or simply broken and dirty. Repairs and good maintenance cleaning would change the situation for the better.
The same applies to nutrition. Less food is better, but let the quality of this food be good. At the moment, the picture is sad, food for the most part here is not a means of getting pleasure, but just a way to fill your belly. On the 4th day, the desire to go to dinners was completely discouraged by the same incomprehensible queues and monotony of food. I was the first to see such a situation in a five-star ultra all-inclusive, which, of course, this place is a stretch and in fact leaves a feeling of a very weak 4-rki or even 3-ki.
What is called "animation" here is just a shame. During the whole vacation, I observed two situations that followed each other: 1. People come up with and organize their own entertainment in the pool and 2. A man named "Lech" (aka Abdullah), who is engaged in animation, comes and turns on the human orketr mode: he is the presenter, he is the coach, he walks on glass, and breathes fire, and invites to a nightclub and seduces the young ladies. In short, it looks very mediocre, ridiculous and repulsive. As a result, the evenings seemed very long and boring, dragging on because there is no promenade, there is no good animation, there is only music from neighboring hotels and the faces of vacationers devoid of cheerfulness.
Unfortunately, this hotel was the reason why the days before departure were counted, and this is the first time this has happened to me. The price does not match what we received.

Beautiful Beach, amazingly warm and clear sea. Spacious rooms, courteous staff. As for nutrition, I personally do not have enough porridge. They don't cook any here at all. Surprisingly few fruits, though the season. Very sweet watermelons, everything else is unripe. Wonderful and varied desserts.
And here are the facial beauty treatments performed at the hotel's SPA. They caused disappointment. The massage is beyond praise, then the mask was applied and the full self-service began. Literally, the receptionist said the following: "After 15 minutes, wash off the mask and you can go"
In the sense of wash off? Who should keep track of time? How can I wash it off if there is water in the office? How to moisturize your face after the mask?

The most important thing for me in Turkey is the sea, and therefore I choose a hotel on the first line. Imperial Sunland Resort is just like that. I walked out of the hotel through the underpass and here it is the sea. The beach is narrow, there is not much space, sand, pebbles, small and large. There is a pantone with sun beds on the beach. There is a lot of space. The sea is clean, beautiful, you can see the mountains from the water. The hotel is large, the rooms are cleaned, everything is like everywhere else in Turkey. Economy class five. The food is without special frills, but you will not be hungry. They are fed almost all day. They give me ice cream. Coffee is brewed. There are cakes, but not like they used to be in Turkey. We pay more for vouchers, but we get less food and service. That's life. I recommend the hotel.

Good afternoon, we were at this hotel in September (22-30).
We arrived early , at 14.00 we haven 't checked in yet .They said the cleaning was going on and they settled in after 15.00 .The room is nice, clean , the cleaning consisted only in changing towels (they said they did not have time , a lot of people were settled )
The food is ordinary Turkish , sweets are also the same as everywhere else in Turkey .The pool is cool, clean, cold - there are a lot of free sunbeds near it! It's hard to find a free sunbed at sea! The sea is clean, warm, and beautiful!

The hotel does not pull for 5*, the hotel is old, shabby, the rooms have mold , dust , poor cleaning, there is a kettle with mugs on which lipstick, the bed was changed for the 11th day and until they themselves threw it on the floor. In restaurants, glasses, glasses (plastic) are dirty, with lipsticks, with streaks, dishes are also dirty. The tables did not have time to clean, they cleaned themselves, looked for spoons , forks, napkins and sat down to eat. they save on staff and everything. The waiters do not want to work and do not smile (with dissatisfied faces) it feels like we came to them for free. Alcohol is all local, there is no foreign , they brought their own well. There is no animation , from the word at all. There is one animator of small stature and persuades the guests to go to Kemer for a disco for $ 10, and if you do not go, he no longer greets you. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and nice. They cleaned it every day. The sea is clean and warm, I didn't want to get out. We swam mainly from panton. There have always been sun beds. I especially want to mention the coffee house on the territory of the hotel and the wonderful girl Azgul, to whom we went every day for delicious coffee and a pleasant conversation! Two things upset me - it's the dining room and the food. There were always queues for food in the dining room, and it was also difficult to find empty seats. And they couldn't eat the food, from the word at all, my husband couldn't eat meat, because it was all soy, I couldn't eat because all the food was impossibly peppered! My mouth was burning. As a result, we sat on soups and vegetables. The fruits were apples, oranges, melons. My husband laughed, said that everyone returns from vacation overweight, and we will also lose weight. I repeat, I do not know if this is due to the closing of the season, but this hotel did not cause delight and desire to come again. We had a rest in July 2024. I liked the hotel very much, the staff is polite, they speak Russian and English. The menu is good enough, you will not stay hungry, there is something to choose from. The room was cleaned regularly. There is a swimming pool, a mini-water park, everything is very convenient and accessible. It has its own beach, small but spacious, there are enough places for everyone, plus its own pier. The entrance to the water is not bad, sand / pebbles, then large stones in the water (do not interfere with bathing, do not cut your feet). There are animation events, it's not boring in the evening. The whole kitchen is dirty, the appliances are dirty, the glasses are dirty, the plates, the food is terrible! We vacationed together with my husband at this hotel from July 9 to July 15, 2024.
About the rooms:
Due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel very late, already counting July 10 at one o'clock in the morning. They settled us in room L164 (I don't remember exactly already), saying that it was for 1 night and we would be moved during the day. The room turned out to be small, without a balcony, without a hair dryer and the refrigerator did not work. Being very tired, we did not argue, checked in, and immediately fell asleep. In the morning, we were told to come to 12 for re-occupancy and at 12, as promised, we were settled into a wonderful room on the 5th floor (5550 room) with a view of the neighboring hotel, the mountains and a little even the sea. The room is spacious, clean, all appliances are working, the air conditioning was very good. Cleaning was carried out every day, towels, a rug, pillowcases and sheets were changed, but for some reason the duvet covers were not changed.
About the hotel:
The hotel itself is in good condition, it is clear that it is being monitored and kept clean. There is free wi-fi inside the building, which catches in the rooms without problems (even on the 5th floor). The hotel has 2 elevators that carry guests from -1 (going to the beach) to the 5th floor. They work well, sometimes it crashes, but this is not surprising, considering that they work 24/7.
About the territory:
The territory of the hotel is very small, you will not be able to walk there very much. There are 2 swimming pools, one of which has slides, an amphitheater, where animation is held in the evening.
About food:
There is a lot of food in the hotel and for every taste. There are: main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snack bar with gozleme tortillas, tea house, la carte restaurants. My husband and I had enough of the food that was given in the main restaurant. The menu is quite varied:
- Omelette for breakfast/fried eggs and boiled eggs, pancakes are immediately fried next to each other, for which there is always a small queue, which is not a problem to defend. Various cheeses, sausages, salads, olives, breakfast cereals, various and very tasty pastries. There was also a sandwich maker next to the bread baskets, in which you could assemble and make yourself a hot sandwich.
-For lunch and dinner - 2 types of soup, 3-4 types of different side dishes, different fish (yesterday we were given mackerel, trout, dorado and sea bass), chicken, salads, vegetables, pickles, desserts and fruits. In addition to the main chicken and fish, there were beef kebabs, turkey, and lamb for dinner. There were also various stuffed eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes. The fruits were watermelon, melon, nectarines, oranges, apples, and a couple of cherries. Desserts are also very tasty, baklava was not given every day, but it was. What is most surprising to me is that desserts are not mannikins, but delicious cakes with sponge cake and souffles with different flavors.
In addition to the main restaurant, we ate at the snack bar a couple of times, just for the sake of interest, we tried food there. Very good pizza, nuggets, and very tasty French fries.
Once we took a gozleme flatbread, I'm fine, but my husband didn't like it very much. But it was the first time we ate it and we had nothing to compare it with.
We also visited the la carte restaurant. According to the dates, we had an Italian restaurant. When we saw the menu, we were shocked by its quantity, to which my husband reasonably remarked, "You don't need to eat this all day to eat it all?!" and how did he turn out to be right. The restaurant's menu includes 8 dishes, of which 6 are common and 2 are portioned - salad and main course. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, my husband and I ate too much.
About bars:
There are many bars in the hotel: by the pools, in the hotel building, in the restaurant, in the snack bar, on the pier. In some they make cocktails, in some they just pour cola / fanta / sprite and beer. They make cold coffee at the pier in the bar - it's very tasty. Also, each bar has refrigerators with cups of drinking water. It is always available.
About the beach:
The beach at the hotel is nice and clean. To get to it, you need to go down to the 1st floor and go through the underpass. Small pebbles entering the sea. If you have sensitive feet, it is better to swim in the caralka. You can also swim from the pier, which we usually did. There is a staircase to the sea, immediately to the depth. There have never been any problems with sun loungers on Pires. It was always possible to find empty seats and settle down upon arrival. I can't say anything about the beach, because we didn't swim there.
As a result, I can say that my husband and I really liked the hotel. When we went there, we were very worried, because the reviews are very mixed. Someone praises, someone writes that it couldn't be worse. We had the experience of staying in Konakli in a 5* hotel and we can say that Sunland wins in all directions. We went here and couldn't get enough of the fact that the service is good, and the food is very tasty, and in general we were lucky with this tour.

We rested in two families. We arrived at a five-star hotel for the first time in such poor service. There are not enough staff, they do not have time to clean the tables. With a wide range of vegetables and bread, only one dish can be present in the meat canteen, namely chicken. The dishes are not washed (with breadcrumbs). There is almost no animation. Drinks (even water) are under lock and key until the 10th day. The spirits are original, but the assortment is meager.

In principle, there were enough sun beds on the beach and on the pier, but there are people who come after 10 and are surprised that there are no places. The sea is of course excellent, clean, there are not enough fish: I saw a couple of crabs and some herring swimming, it's not interesting in short. I almost forgot- the staff is just terrible, you can feel their negativity. They serve with such a sour face, complete disregard, as if we had put them on a chain, a couple of bartenders and a cleaner are normal from all the staff. Cleaning is also on 3, he will want to wipe the floors, no means not, but the tent was changed every day. Towels on the beach, there is only one place near the hammam, in the first I come across this, you hand it over at 19: 00 and at 10 you seem to pick it up, a madhouse in one word. So the dining room, at the expense of variety, it just doesn't exist here, fish can be eaten for a couple of days, then everything, meat is medium-sized chicken and that's it. Well, this hotel is not a top five. You can take a walk in the evening to the market nearby, pick up all sorts of sweets at home. We went to Migros 5M, a merchant on 3 floors, you can find a lot of rags, there are Zara, Nikes, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, well, everything like that. I'm not naked here anymore. Well, if you are not as fastidious as I am, then you can relax there.

I want to share my impressions of a trip to Sunland Resort Beldibi from May 23-29, 2024.We had a rest together with my husband.
The hotel is located in a beautiful green place against the backdrop of Takhtalydag Mountain.
When checking in, they did not offer money, so they settled into a spacious, cozy room, but with a view of the mountains, the pool and the autobahn. It was all tolerable, but the scene where noisy events and concerts took place until 23.00 was annoying, tightly closed windows did not save.
We liked the food: trout and mackerel grilled every other day, chicken every day, various baked vegetables in batter, mashed soups, lots of greens! Every day there were 6-7 types of fruits (apples, peaches, pears, bananas, nectarines, grapefruits, oranges, melons, grapes) There were no strawberries, only as decoration.
The waiters worked well, smoothly.
Once we visited an Italian restaurant a la carte, beautifully, but a little unusual dishes, pasta stuck together, but delicious mushroom sauce, bruschetta, vegetables, grilled trout (it was a little damp).
The beach is 100 m away, early in the morning at 6.30 we walked along the street (a small road) but mostly through an underground passage, it's also a bazaar, we also received towels at the spa.
There was enough space for everyone on the beach, someone was relaxing on the pier (there is no sand, good descent into the water)
We liked it on small pebbles and sand. Good umbrellas and sun beds (free of charge).
We have never seen such a beautiful sea of pure emerald sea anywhere in Turkey. For 7 days it was calm. There were tortillas on the beach, a snack cafe, ayran in cups, there was yoga.
I swam in the pool once, there was no smell of chemicals, clean, pleasant water.
After the beach, a relaxing sauna and hammam (free of charge)
were cleaned in the rooms every day! The safe is free of charge, there was also a kettle with tea. There was always water in the fridge, replenished every day. There was only liquid soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, that's it! The hotel is not new, but everything is neat, the staff is like bees running, fussing, everyone is trying!

The hotel is never cool. It is not possible to stay in the room at all. It doesn't cool anything. It turns off several times. You wake up at night from the stuffiness and turn it on, but it doesn't help much. For 10 days they went around saying that he was not working - the master came to do something. Nothing has changed. As a result, on the last day they came and washed the grate. It got a little better. That is, we walked and talked normally all the days - nothing changed. And as I'm already tired of aggression, at least some result. Secondly, the balcony door. It doesn't close. We also call the master all the days. They will do it. The evening is open, the next day after cleaning it is no longer closed. (Maybe the cleaner is doing something). Cleaners are also a separate art form. There are two sheets on the bed - they take it away! It is taken away, although the linen is not changed. They gave flowers to my mother. (flowers in Turkey are terribly expensive). They were going to take him home with them. So the cleaner PULLED flowers out of the bouquet to decorate the bed with them. She didn't bring any new ones. She pulled out expensive flowers from expensive bouquets to make Ala beautiful.
The animation team is two people. They're trying, really. They are trying to do something and come up with something. They're great. But it's boring.
The food is normal.
Everything about the service is disgusting.

I would like to leave a review, after staying here for 12 days I can say that it's just a cannon, I left crying, the whole staff seemed to have become a family, I especially want to mention the bartenders at the lobby bar and animator Lech, well, what a buzz they are. The territory in the hotel is compact, the sea is clean, the pier is amazing, our company and I periodically organized discos there, so I want to tell vacationers who complain about boring animation, gentlemen, our mood depends only on us and the people with whom you arrived, we got high, drank and enjoyed the sea, which I advise everyone writing negative reviews)
Regarding the cuisine, it is monotonous, of course, but the choice is large, seafood and mango are not expected, but chicken and fish were stable.
By the way, all the specified bars in the description of the hotel worked according to the specified rules without interruptions and other things, for this a separate respect.
