We have long wanted to buy such a bathhouse, we chose the quad option. We searched for a long time where to order, and called and wrote to different manufacturers. As a result of a long search, they chose Imwood. Somehow, immediately from correspondence with the manager Margarita, we decided that this was exactly what we needed. Firstly, I was satisfied with the payment schedule, and secondly, there were a lot of good reviews. We discussed our option, our desires. She threw off the version of the contract with all the details of the bathhouse. The order was confirmed and the contract was sent to us by mail. Everyone made the first payment and waited. The deadlines were long, and to be honest, we were a little worried. According to the agreement, the bathhouse was supposed to be assembled on the spot, and we were afraid whether the weather would be normal for this. We also ordered a pile foundation from Imwood. When they informed us that they would come to install piles, we were delighted. And somehow unexpectedly, after a while, Margarita wrote that they would bring a kit for installation. All work was carried out on time, in accordance with the contract. And so we had a bathhouse at our dacha, the one we had dreamed of for a long time. Now, as they say, we are engaged in decorating outside and inside. We bought bath accessories. We communicated directly with the Mayor, a very sociable simple guy, fulfilled all our additional wishes, and gave good advice himself. The communication left only good impressions. By the way, to draw up a contract and sign it, you do not need to go to Minsk, the contract is dropped on Viber for review, and then sent by mail for signature. By the specified date of manufacture, the house was ready and brought to the site without delay in time to the Brest region, they themselves found a plot in the garden association using the navigator. The installers arrived at the specified time and, having agreed on the installation site, began assembly. All work was completed quickly, efficiently and on time. In general, the manufacture and assembly with all additional services were completed within the specified period of 3 months, or to be more precise, even ahead of schedule.
At first, I was a little worried and worried. But in the process, I became convinced that the company treats its work responsibly, everything is done in a coordinated and coordinated manner, without deception. We ordered a 4x5 garden house from them. The set of works included a pile foundation, the assembly of the house, floor insulation, roof (flexible tiles). Everything was done quickly and efficiently. A year has passed, no defects have been identified.
Update: We ordered another terrace to the house from them, we are satisfied with the quality. The contractor was a little late with the deadlines, but offered a discount as compensation.

The house was chosen 1.35 (5000x6500x2664), our house has one room and a terrace, we decided to divide the room into two, tempered a separate partition. According to the agreement, a contract was drawn up, where everything is clearly written and understandable. After the first payment, the countdown for manufacturing, configuration, etc. went on, exactly 6 weeks. On June 15, Denis's team arrived at the site to install a pile-screw foundation. The guys are neat and cultured. Everything was installed in half a day. On June 16, Sergey's team arrived to install a country house. Real experts in their field gave many valuable tips on operation, processing, etc.
The house was assembled until the evening of 18.06.
Everything is neat and competent. Pleasing to the eye.

06/24/2022 we became the happy owners of the 3++ quad barrel from Imperial Wood! From the first minutes of communication, manager Margarita began to actively cooperate with us. Initially, we planned to purchase a barrel bath, but Margarita suggested considering an almost ready-made version of a quad barrel. On a non-working day, we went to see the bathhouse at the factory. On a day off, the production workers also gave us time, showed and told us everything, and the director, Akim Sachishin, drove up to meet us! Margarita was in touch all the time. According to the agreement, we could pick up the bathhouse within 2 weeks, but a week later Margarita announced that the bathhouse was fully ready. We had a pick-up of the bathhouse, the guys loaded everything, secured it, helped almost the whole team. I inattentively read the project, where there was a specified blind window, the guys, at my request, changed the window to a hinged one without any problems. The guys clearly told about all the nuances of preparing the bathhouse for operation. We have only a positive impression of the company's employees. Initially, they were very much let down on time, the bathhouse was ready according to the contract on 02/28, and the managers were "fed breakfast" all the time. After long conversations with the management of Imperial Wood and research on the bathhouse market, we decided not to take the advance payment, but to wait for the bathhouse of this particular manufacturer. What surprised me was that even competitors speak quite well about this organization. And Imperial Wood's payment terms are better than everyone else's. I really asked that our bathhouse be made at least for my wife's birthday. And so, less than half a year later, one day I got a call and was informed that they were coming to us to assemble a bathhouse. And this is just before the wife's birthday. Our bathhouse is an oval barrel 4m*5m. Separately, I want to praise the wonderful craftsmen of installers Ivan and Alexander - just super, professionals in their field. During the installation process, the guys always kept the site clean, which was very surprising, they cleaned up all the garbage all the time. We walked away from the project a little bit with them - we did not put up a wall in the washroom, but put up a shower cabin (on Ivan's advice) and hung an electric water heater... As a result, I absolutely do not hold grudges for the delay, I express my great gratitude to the head Akim, manager Denis, a girl whom I do not even know, in my opinion Ekaterina - she sent installers to us, they told me that.... and of course, a separate bow to Ivan and Sasha. You are all great fellows!!! More generous and grateful customers for you!!!
