Admin Natalia, begins to behave nervously and aggressively, scaring a lawyer that allegedly it is necessary to write statements, and then their lawyer decides to return the money or not? I have never seen such a cheap divorce anywhere. As a result, after pathetic attempts on the part of the admin to scare me, I still got my money. I don't recommend this store to anyone if you have even a drop of self-respect! I went to this store for the first and last time. I usually try to avoid such establishments, intuitively knowing what awaits me there.

The manager is dragged by everything in a row, they don't hear what is needed at all. It is clear that the company's management sets the task to sell. And carry anything. But this repels customers. They offer to sit at tables, wait in line. To enter the salon itself. And here imagine such pleasantries while we wait in line. My granddaughter even thought it was a cafe)))!!! . Before we could sit down, they brought us a boiling pot. And a choice of green or black tea with cream, and coffee. Marmalade, cookies and sweets are served with tea. And in addition, wine is poured red or white)))! And the waiting passes quickly. And when we entered the salon itself. The girls immediately picked us up when they saw and heard what I wanted. Three fur coats were brought at once. And again, hot tea was poured. Well done, the owners of this company. And the Empire is true. They train their employees competently. I didn't hear a single rude word or arrogance from the sellers. As it happens, you go into some store. And there they will be rude. I liked the service by 1000%!
