Master Anastasia visited the studio on 10/26/2024 at 15:00. The master worked with an already used orange stick, rust was visible on the manicure tool. In the first photo, it is noticeable that the middle finger is filed crookedly. At my request to fix it, the master reluctantly did it, but apparently nothing has changed. To which the master replied that I could do as I needed. I was also not very pleased with the service. I didn't get an answer on Instagram to sign up.

The barbershop does not comply with the requirements for the processing of reusable manicure and pedicure tools from the word at all! There is no question of any sealed kraft bag with processed tools (a sinkhole, or an autoclave). Before the pedicure procedure, the tools were already lying disassembled on the master's desktop. Including: cutters, tweezers and DISPOSABLE nail file, buff and orange stick (on which traces of varnish from previous treatments were visible to the naked eye) Moreover, the DISPOSABLE gloves of the master were torn! And the master boldly began work, touching the client's skin with her bare fingers. Also, I want to note the fact that the buff fell to the floor, after which the master picked it up and put it back on his desk! I think this attitude towards clients is negligent and dangerous to health! I would like to remind the administrator and the director of this institution that there are san pin standards, where the rules for processing REUSABLE tools are clearly spelled out. Also, all DISPOSABLE material should be disposed of after EACH customer, and not used repeatedly.
And if you provide the stated services for which you charge money, be kind enough to work according to the rules!
By the way, there is also no question of issuing a CHECK for cash. They just don't give him away there. After paying and handing out the change, the administrator just turns away and goes about his business.

Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely negative. During the manicure, I noticed that the master does not know how to do nail repairs at all. At the end of the procedure, instead of a high-quality coating, I left only the base, which looked very sloppy and left obvious stains. Moreover, I suffered injuries on my skin — there were painful cuts in some places, and cuticle treatment was carried out very roughly, which caused discomfort.
I also noticed the tools that the master used: they did not undergo proper sterilization and were a little rusty. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable for the provision of such services. I have never encountered such a terrible manicure, and I am very disappointed with the result. I hope that in the future the master will pay more attention to his work and hygiene.

It's a terrible place, I went several times. The first time everything was tolerable, and you could still somehow close your eyes to it (cut off sooo much) . But the second time I had to go there, because there were no records in my salon. They cut it terribly crookedly, not in the middle, although I CLARIFIED WHAT WAS NEEDED IN the MIDDLE, I had to go to another salon to clean up this horror. The administrator of this institution works completely dishonestly. I ordered a time on the phone and specified the cost of work on hidden tinting for my daughter. They announced 40 rubles to me.
When I brought my daughter to the hairdresser after school, I gave her 50 rubles with the administrator and the master (in any case with a reserve) and asked if this was enough. The administrator flipped through the price list for a long time, then only showed the figure to the master on the calculator and the master nodded approvingly in response.
An hour later, an excited daughter calls and asks me to bring more money, because the administrator already demands 69 rubles from her.
When I drove up 5 minutes later, my daughter met me with a request not to swear, because she was charged only 50 rubles. I decided not to write my claim in the Book of Complaints and Suggestions yet, but only because my daughter asked for it.
There are no enthusiasms or comments on the work.

Ужасно!!!! Одна звезда только за то что мне хотя бы вернули деньги за покраску ногтей.
В прошлый раз записалась на маникюр, пришла , ко мне посадили мастера и по моему запросу она сказала что ничего не сможет сделать.
Сегодня пришла на педикюр и снова та же мастер (имя не знаю, темные длинные волосы). Я подумала что может я ошибаюсь в том что это мастер ни о чем. Но все таки я убедилась в ее непрофессионализме. При обработке повредила несколько пальцев, залилила каким то средством и даже не убрала его потом когда начала красить ногти.
Покраска ужасная , красит не ногти а пальцы на ногах.
Я не понимаю почему в салон берут таких мастеров. Это огромный минус и к сожалению кто-то из вас может так же оказаться в ее руках. Я надеюсь что начальство разберётся с этим ужасом.

Была 18 сентября. Минусы-хамоватое отношение других мастеров. Относились как к пустому месту пока сидела возле мойки, общаясь между собой в фривольном формате. А потом, одна сказала"НАС НЕТ И КОНДИЦИОНЕРА НЕТ" после чего выключила его и все трое ушли из зала оставив меня одну.
Плюсы-советы мастера Юлии по услуге и хороший результат окраски.

За свою цену просто отлично, главное найти своего мастера. Первый раз, когда пришёл, подстригли ужасно, торчали волосы на висках. Года пол не ходил туда, но как-то снова был зашёл и прям удивился, все было супер. Далее подстригся у другого мастера и тоже все отлично. Хожу теперь туда

Отвратительно постригли, мастер торопилась, стрижка вышла кривая, запись плотная, пришел уже следующий клиент, все было сделано в спешке абы как, никакого сервиса, не предложили ни чай, ни кофе. Никому не советую, если не хотите потом переделывать в другом месте!!!

Ужасное обсуживание, администратор не умеет общаться совсем, такое чувство, что руководства нет у них совсем, слоняются со стороны в сторону и все, единственное, что приемлимо - это цена, но если низкая стоимость услуг, это не значит что уровень обслуживания должен быть ниже плинтуса.

Делала манникюр с покрытием,уже не один раз. Качество работы отличное. Пркрытие носится идеально, без отслоек. Цены на услуги не высокие. ТАК ДЕРЖАТЬ.
