We sold the apartment for a quarter of a year , half a year , then we turned to another agency and there was no result . Having lost all hope, we decided to try again and came to the Empire Housing agency. The result exceeded all expectations in 3 weeks the apartment was sold. I would especially like to mention the realtor Tatiana S. and, of course, the director of the agency. She couldn't sell the house for more than a year, Tatiana did it in less than a month. We looked at the apartment from this realtor agency, agreed on a meeting, looked at the apartment, agreed that we would buy it, but we need the approval of the bank, about 3-5 days, but the approval will be 100% and we will also buy it 100%, 3 working days have passed, we received the approval of the bank and calling this realtor, I received the answer is that the apartment was sold yesterday, without even warning us about the sale. Now, in order to get approval from the bank, we need to reassemble the documents, re-send the guarantors and re-draft the statements, which is an unnecessary waste of time and POSSIBLE rejection from the bank since the documents are being re-submitted for consideration. The moral is this: think for yourself, decide for yourself, this control is faster to sell.
