When buying online, delivery across the country is carried out by transport companies (not Kazpost), so it will not be so profitable to take small orders. Feedback is always answered quickly via whatsapp, which is generally rare in small Kazakhstani online stores, where it is often unrequited. Unfortunately, the site is not connected to the payment system and the online payment process is a bit confusing.
