In the end, we found just the coolest option — a small 2-bedroom apartment, a 15-minute drive from the beach ... well, a freelancer's dream, no other way) we are currently processing documents, and for me it's a huge plus that all the stages of purchase, that's it, that's it, you are accompanied by experts. I bought my second apartment in the Emirates here.
