Ying lan absorbed the Barracuda (the second was a provider in the area that was stable. I remember discussing them with a classmate yesterday - he constantly had breaks (an inlan user) and repairs, but I have silence and grace) and all hell broke loose with the Internet. She left, we had repairs to the building after arrival - the line was torn down. Which I didn't know about. I came to restore it. They tell me, well, you put the money down, maybe you have a whole cable, if not, we'll assign you specialists. I bitterly logged into a new account, as I had to find passwords from a year ago, "there are no others, look for them," they told me. At the same time, they knew that I didn't have an Internet connection, I called them right away, but they didn't freeze my Internet so that the money wouldn't be debited, they didn't do anything. I called them, and they said, "Okay, the application is 4 days, we have a lot of requests. They don't have an expedited arrival for money. The irony is that the next day, in response to my question, "well, as you know where the installers are, the recording is," they told me at the resenpshen of the former Barracuda, "I have no idea - they decide where to go themselves." Then the question becomes, where does the 4-day figure come from?. As it turned out, even after 4 days it is not clear where these installers are, whether they are there, and the provider writes off the money. The sum is small - 300 rubles are gone, but I hope that this miracle office will answer in full for deception and disorganization. My job depended on the Internet because it was remote. So my nerves were pretty rattled. The only effective solution was to leave the city, although I planned to stay late. And all that remains is to submit applications to other Internet service providers so that they can finally enter the territory, because the monopolistic Internet service provider is a terrible provider in the case of Inlan.

If you consider that since December 2023, the Internet has not worked any more than it has, then the provider is just great. Now (early February) it is turned off every day. It seems that the barracuda was absorbed in order to work without competitors. And tech support says that everything is fine with them and suggests restarting the router.

The Internet is terrible, the quality of the services provided and the service is even worse! Those. Phone support does not answer questions , there are no advantages!!!!!
