Good afternoon! We are staying at this hotel from 02.11.25 to 13.11.25. I have never written reviews. I want to share useful information to help newly arriving tourists choose hotels, as I always read carefully about hotels myself. I won't describe it for a long time, because the country itself is specific and not for everyone. The most basic thing. Many people write that there is no hot water in the room.We also washed cold for 2 days, then I got tired and left a request at the reception. It turns out that there is a water heating system in the cabinet under the washbasin, which often turns off the switch. You need to turn it to the right, the green buttons will light up and voila-hot water. Because I have pancreatitis, you can not roast, spicy, breakfast food, you can say that there is none. Apart from omelets and sausages in the shell, there is nothing every day, they also gave pancakes, yogurt, papaya, and so on for 10 days. I didn't touch tea or coffee, because I had read about the intestines in advance, and my teeth were also cleaned with water at the 7 eleven store. Despite this, I still got caught after an Uzbek-Russian cafe not far from the hotel. I really liked the Russian cuisine of Verandah, Baku, Chekhov restaurant, Turkish Kabab restaurant. You can safely eat at the Kiri Thai restaurant.I liked Tom Yam. The positive thing is the proximity to the sea. But... it rained every day, and it stormed very strongly. It is not possible to fall asleep with an open balcony. An exchange office and shops, everything is nearby, the location is gorgeous. Room cleaning and towel change every day, 2 0.5 liter bottles of water were also given every day. The excursions were taken on the street from the circle to turn left and right Lada and Oh, they understand a little Russian. We took the Similan Islands for 2000 Baht per person and a two-day excursion to Phi Phi Island, Krabi, James Bond, monkeys, etc., with snorkeling, canoes for 4700 Baht per person. It's worth it. We gave a 50 baht discount for a massage for a child. Small things, but nice.Take enterofuril, enterosgel, mezim with you from home, be sure to smear 50 from the sun. We burned out on the first day under clouds on the waves in 40 minutes. Then they bought Bipanten and were treated. Although it's not the first time abroad, in the sun, it's somehow not noticeable and burned out quickly. I hope my review was helpful. Have a good mood and good health. Anyway, rest is rest, and all the positive things are remembered.

We stayed at the hotel from 6.11.25 to 17.11.25 for two adults and a child 1.3g . A good hotel for 3*. When we checked in, we waited for 2 hours, we were checked in almost at 14.00. The room is on the 3rd floor. The room is clean, but the furniture is old. Cleaning was daily + change of towels. There's a lot to choose from at breakfast, it wasn't always the same. We took a breakfast + dinner ticket. The dinner is very satisfying, 4 dishes - salad, soup, hot dishes, dessert. When we tried all the declared menu, the chef said that we could ask for any dish at all. And we ordered Thai dishes - tom yam, tom kha, rice with shrimp, fruits, etc. A separate soup or omelet with rice (of our choice) was prepared for the child. Swimming pool. Clean, with gradual deepening. Towels were not provided for the pool, they said they were temporarily unavailable. We did not take a towel to the sea, as it is a 1-minute walk away, it is easier to walk to the room. It is very convenient with a child, you can go to the sea at any time. Rotavirus. Intestinal infections are not a problem of a particular hotel, but of all hotels in general. Mosquitoes. They are there. The child was bitten, we are not there. Our fumigator doesn't help, we bought their mosquito repellent. There are a lot of mosquitoes after the rains, we walked near the lake (next to the hotel), there were mosquitoes there too. The staff is working, cleaning, fixing. The roof on the balcony was damaged after heavy rains. It was fixed during the day. We left at 6 a.m., the day before we asked for a lunch box in the morning. Overall, the 3* hotel is good

We stayed with our family at this hotel from 11/10/25 to 11/17/25. The huge advantage of the hotel is the location, the first line, located right on the white sandy beach. There is a lake nearby. It is located in a quiet location. The staff is responsive, they respond to all requests immediately, and they are always ready to help. A refundable deposit of 50 euros was left upon check-in. The breakfasts are excellent! The rooms are cleaned every day. When we checked in, the room was not ready yet and we were accommodated for three days at no extra charge in a suite on the ground floor by the pool. Then we moved to a room on the third floor with a view of the lake. This standard room is no worse than a suite! We had a rest with Biblio Globus. The hotel guide was very obsessive about offering guided tours. But we took guided tours on the street, much cheaper. An excursion to the lake cost an average of 1,000 baht less. We mostly went to a restaurant near the Kiri Hotel to eat. The rest was wonderful! BUT there is a big disadvantage! The whole family was severely poisoned at the hotel. Before the trip, I read a review about it and thought that maybe it was an accident among tourists, it coincided. But when communicating with other tourists during our stay there, I found out that all the hotel visitors and those who visited them with the same symptoms went away for 1-2 days. Severe vomiting, diarrhea. A large car arrives at the hotel in the morning and evening. And as it turned out, we pump water into them. This is most likely the reason for the problem. Naturally, no one drank tap water from the guests, so that this question would not arise when reading my review. I contacted the insurance company, they offered to go to the clinic, take a taxi, taking into account traffic jams for 40 minutes. She refused. The pharmacist at the pharmacy recommended good medicines. Consider this "nuance" when choosing this hotel. That's why I give it 4 stars.
