I didn't like it, 1) the cleaning was done poorly - during the cleaning, the tool "jumped off" several times on the skin and after cleaning, subcutaneous pimples appeared on the next day. 2) the care was written for $ 200 from funds that can only be bought (!) from them. 3) during the reception, they said that skinonorm (15% azelaic acid) was not allowed (prescribed by another specialist), but a remedy was added to the course, where 20% azelaic acid is written on the jar. (it's a mystery how to understand this) 4) during the procedures, the cost was not announced, that is, I came for cleaning and consultation expecting to give well 100 rubles, the figure 180 was announced at the reception, there was no decryption in the receipt or anywhere else. In fact, if there are no price lists in front of your eyes, then you must warn about the cost of the procedures. I won't apply anymore. The administrators are polite, but I didn't come to communicate with the administrators.

Do not have laser hair removal if you have blonde hair. I did 10 laser hair removal procedures at this center with my mother. We both have light hair and dark hair in places. Between treatments, there was a slowdown in hair growth and a partial absence of it, but on the 10th procedure, when the hair was still growing everywhere but slowly, the master told us that this was our maximum effect. So the statement on the center's website that this laser removes light and fluffy hair is false. We followed all the recommendations and did not miss any sessions, we went every 5-6 weeks. Everything is fine with the hormonal background because I'm on pills, and my mother doesn't have cycles at all. We had a free "control" procedure 3-4 months later to see if there would be an effect, but there was no effect either. I went to another clinic for a diode laser and there was no effect either. Conclusions: if you have blonde hair, do not spend money and do not trust the promises of clinics. Go for 2 treatments and take a close look at the result. If you just have a slowdown in hair growth, stop, laser hair removal is most likely not for you. At the moment, I have 9 months after that course of 10 procedures and my hair is everywhere, I think in another 3 months it will completely recover. I also did the removal of moles, in some places it went well, in others "keloid scars" formed (if I remember the words of the specialist correctly), I will grind in another place. The clinic is excellent, the director is polite and tactful, the rooms are perfectly clean, the staff are very polite.
