It looks cool, but the owners have fenced it off and they won't let you take pictures unless you go to the cafe to place an order. There is a similar cafe on Steklal Street. When you go to the Golan Tower, they allow you to take photos there.

It's very expensive, they cheat, the bill includes overpriced meals, a creepy toilet without paper. The waiters don't come up for a long time and forget the dishes. The dishes don't match the pictures.
