His right, of course, but in the neighboring tire shop at Goretsky 6A I was gladly helped for 10 rubles, and the work itself took 1.5 minutes from the masters. Thank them for that, but not you. I will note that I have already visited this tire service once, when it was necessary to seal the puncture. They took twice as much money as others take, and then the wheel went down anyway. I did not go to fix them, they were redone at another tire repair shop.
