Купила вчера филе индейки, и фарш… дома обнаружила кислый запах уксуса в фарше. Добавила молоко для сочности котлет, и оно свернулось. Зачем добавляют уксус понятно наверное всем 😕 неприятный осадочек остался все же. Фарш навряд ли теперь буду брать там
