At the first appointment, we discussed how I see the therapy process and what approach I expect. However, in the future, Yaroslav Sinyutin, a specialist, did not adhere to a coordinated approach, which turned into a serious mistake in his work. In addition, one day the therapist said a phrase that seemed completely inaccurate to me: "Honestly, I don't care." This statement has severely undermined trust. Such phrases are unacceptable, especially in the context of psychotherapy, when the client is in a depressed state, and it is important for him to feel support and understanding. At the end of this process, it was as if I was mentally kicked away. As a result of therapy, my depressive state worsened. I am currently in the process of recovering with a new therapist in order to correct the consequences of my previous work. I hope that this review will help other people looking for help to make a more informed decision. It's very important to find a therapist who won't do any harm.

They do not answer the phone, but the answer comes via whatsapp a day later, at best. The attitude towards customers is extremely cold. Perhaps the doctors are normal here, but the operators spoil the whole impression. It's easier to find another clinic than to wait for an answer from them.
