However, in the future, Yaroslav Sinyutin, a specialist, did not adhere to a coordinated approach, which turned into a serious mistake in his work. In addition, one day the therapist said a phrase that seemed completely inaccurate to me: "Honestly, I don't care." This statement has severely undermined trust. Such phrases are unacceptable, especially in the context of psychotherapy, when the client is in a depressed state, and it is important for him to feel support and understanding. At the end of this process, it was as if I was mentally kicked away. As a result of therapy, my depressive state worsened. I am currently in the process of recovering with a new therapist in order to correct the consequences of my previous work. I hope that this review will help other people looking for help to make a more informed decision. It's very important to find a therapist who won't do any harm.
