Good afternoon! My husband and I would like to say a huge thank you to the Comfort Industry company. We ordered windows for the cottage. An experienced and attentive manager professionally advised us on the choice of materials and fittings. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact that he focused on those points where you can save money without losing in quality. Since we ordered windows for the first and attic floors, we were asked to make an installment payment. The management politely provided us with this opportunity. The order was completed on time, which is also important (I didn't have to leave my job). The installation was carried out by highly qualified craftsmen. We worked quickly, accurately, and expertly. If we talk about the quality of the windows, then the windows themselves seem to be of good quality, but the service is terrible. In August 2024, we ordered a balcony frame and doors to the loggia. We were scheduled to install at 10 a.m., but the installers did not arrive until lunchtime (at 13). At the same time, we ourselves had to dial the office several times and check if everything was according to plan, because there were no installers. We only received a response: Well, yes, they already took the windows and receipts at the office and left. Considering that the office is on Malinovka, and our installation is at the address on Grushevka, it is strange to hear at all after a couple of hours of waiting, with an agreement by 10.00: Well, wait, they will arrive.
A couple of months after installation and with the deterioration of weather conditions, the wind began to blow strongly from the joints of the windows with the sill and at the very top, and water began to accumulate. They called the salon, and the answer was that there was probably condensation. They tried to explain to the manager that there was a strong wind coming from the joints, that the room was constantly ventilated, and they were advised not to close the windows in principle. After commenting that this approach would not work and the windows were not given to us, but we paid for them, they said they had 2 weeks to work on the complaint and handed the phone to the installers so that they would drive up. 4 months have passed (1.12.2024, a complaint was filed), the installers were not contacted, as was the company itself. The issue was resolved with other window finishers
