The bank branch is good, and the bank itself... However, the branch has an ATM where you can always withdraw cash in the right amount. They call on coupons, the queues are small, but the staff are not friendly, the service is lame. Otherwise, they can give some kind of advice

It is not a good bank to receive transfers from Russia, slow and unfriendly employees always take a long time to process requests or come up with reasons not to work and not accept transfers for issuance. If you don't want to sit in line for hours, and then stand and wait while employees chat on the phone, then it's better not to go there.
