One of the advantages is a fairly budget accommodation option, while the room is a little tired, but still comfortable and, most importantly, without "grandma's repairs". I didn't see any mold. There is a rather weak pressure of warm (not hot) water on the 4th floor, but it is available and it is quite possible to take a shower. It was cold enough one day, but that's okay. The convenience of the location is questionable, on the one hand - SAW airport is within easy reach, on the other - an hour to the city center by a fairly convenient Marmaray train. The area is not a tourist destination, but there is a souvenir shop in the area. There is a promenade with beautiful sunsets. Regarding the sore point of all Turkish hotels - noise insulation. Specifically, everything is not bad between the rooms and the door is surprisingly good and even inspires confidence. But you will hear an airplane taking off over you every minute and a half, calls to prayer from the mosque five times a day, and the cries of seagulls, optional. The hotel staff also liked it, speaks good English, is always happy to prompt and help. Another nice thing is the excellent mattress, bed and blanket. We didn't even get that much sleep at home. The most striking disadvantage is the smokiness in the rooms. I can't smell it after covid, but even I got a whiff in the hallway and it only got worse in the room. Airing didn't have much effect. After two days we got used to it, although after a long absence from the room we had to sniff again. Summarizing: One of the advantages is the location (close to SAW, it's convenient to get to the center, albeit for a long time). Price. The comfort of staying in the room (we haven't been out for days and everything is fine). Staff, there is always hot water. Of the cons: The room is smoky and tired. It can be noisy, but you can get used to it.

The disadvantages are also unavoidable - the room is very stuffy. There is a refrigerator, but it only works in refrigerator mode, which is very uncomfortable. There are few towels per person for 4 stars, and the room size is tiny for double occupancy. There are ants in the bathroom, which apparently really like underfloor heating. Everything fits into the price-quality ratio, if breakfast were included, it would be "excellent".))))

Good afternoon! We were at this hotel in September! I liked everything! We were traveling from the airport by bus! From the bus stop we walked calmly to the hotel! At the reception, a young and polite boy met and placed in five minutes! The area is great, close to shops and cafes! Everything is quiet and clean! I recommend it!
