The project turned out to be cheap. It does not correspond at all to the declared premium class. The quality of the construction is also terrible, the exterior walls are made of cheap foam block. An autoclave gas block was not even used here. The heating risers here are metal, like in Khrushchev. The layout of the 4-room apartments is terrible, the balcony from the hall looks directly at the neighbor. This project corresponds to the maximum comfort class, but not the premium. And the project doesn't look at all like it does on the renders, the cheapest materials were used everywhere. This project was definitely not designed by Chapman Taylor. The Chapman Taylor website states that they designed Mirabad Avenue, but not this one.
