I can say that Infinium has really improved our reporting. Digitalization of processes was scary at first, but eventually made it possible to quickly get up-to-date fleet data. Some tools are not easy to use, but thanks to Eugene from the implementation department, which does not leave us when we face misunderstandings and difficulties.

I work as a development manager for one of the logistics companies in the Republic of Belarus. We have applied to similar systems before, but something did not work out anywhere: sometimes we have to wait for 2-3 weeks for specific actions, then they try to solve the problem for months!!! And time is money! And so, Infinium has really improved our internal processes. Automation of the same reporting has reduced the time for analysis, but we need more training materials for our specialists, because we have to bother our manager.
