BUT on this service, you can choose places, which I did. As a result, the driver did not allow him to drive next to the front vision, saying that it was impossible there, but at the nearest stop he let a woman in there!!! The operators convinced me on the phone that the problems of the passengers did not concern them!!! What I insisted on and she called the carrier, convinced that the driver would transfer me at the bus stop and in general they would not call the driver now he was driving! And the driver is chatting on the phone while driving, the whole salon is yelling a chanson about women and alcohol, super. There was a stop, no one transferred me, and the driver didn't even let anyone go to the toilet, saying: Don't get out, we're leaving here now! Bottom line: I've been lying at home for 4 days with a handkerchief because my health has deteriorated, the carrier is rude on the phone and just hangs up and throws it into the block when trying to figure out what kind of driver, etc., technical support is just one word from them. No one will give you your pre-booked seat. Disgusting!

A call to the operator helped to book a ticket, then the money was refunded, BUT!!! When ordering, we enter citizenship! But it turned out that the carrier does not transport citizens of Ukraine and did not let the bus in! The money was not returned because it was necessary to familiarize yourself on a NON-working website! The infobus operator saw our ticket, she didn't say ANYTHING!! Why sell a ticket to citizens of Ukraine if this carrier is unlucky? Of course, they do not want to return the money! I DO NOT ADVISE cunning extortionists of money IN ANY way!!!!
