I liked everything very much! We rented a room for a week, it was very comfortable, cozy, like at home :) everyone is very polite and hospitable. For a separate price, there is a good variety of breakfasts. Room cleaning every day - clean towels, made-up bed, water, tea, coffee. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome, we will definitely come back :)

A wonderful hotel! I liked everything: the spacious room, flooded with sunlight (I was lucky with the weather), the presence of air conditioning, cleanliness (cleaned daily with a change of towels, garbage removal and updating of bottles with drinking water), silence (fairly dense walls), location (10-15 minutes by taxi from the center), interior, delicious and varied breakfasts (let's note a wonderful female chef, kind and helpful). Excellent service! My friend and I would like to express our special gratitude to the wonderful Lila! He is an amazing client-oriented professional: from the moment of initial acquaintance-telephone consultation and before leaving the hotel, Lilya offered various solutions to various issues, predicted our mood and was extremely sensitive to all our needs. thank you very much! We recommend it!
Rooms
It is very spacious: two beds with excellent mattresses, pillows and blankets, sockets nearby, a coffee table with two armchairs, a refrigerator, a kettle (tea bags), two bottles of water per person daily, bath accessories, slippers, etc., a large bathroom, a wardrobe.
Safety
Excellent lighting. The hotel is located on the main street.
Food and drinks
Tea, coffee, compotes, juices, water. A variety of breakfasts. Cottage cheese casserole in the oven - love!

Excellent hotel in terms of price/quality ratio.
Huge rooms, everything you need is in the room.
I really liked the staff at the hotel, they are sincerely friendly. On the second day, they already knew our names.
We were always ready to help.
There was a buffet for breakfast, not very varied, but you won't stay hungry.
The only caveat is the location, to get to the center only by taxi or minibus. Well, there are not many cafes and shops nearby

I really liked the hotel, it is relatively budget and at the same time has everything you need for a good time: hygiene supplies, a spacious room, cleanliness, warmth on cold nights, good beds. If a problem suddenly arises, they solve it promptly. The breakfasts are also varied and hearty.

We stayed for 1 day on the way to vacation. I liked it and stopped for 3 days on the way back. We lived in different rooms there and back.
There is an early check-in (we arrived at 6 a.m.) and a late check-out (we left at 20), you do not need to pay for the whole day, as in other hotels.
A spacious room. Excellent water pressure and the water goes well in the shower (this is important to me :))
Quietly. Very clean, you can walk barefoot, cleaned and changed towels every day. Two 0.5 bottles of water every day. A dental kit every day. A wide bed with a comfortable mattress.
There is everything you need for breakfast - brewed coffee, porridge, hot dishes, cheese and meat cuts, fruits, sweets......
Very polite and friendly staff.
A little to the right, across the street and go up a little - a great supermarket, a butcher shop where they make kebabs, a cafe. There is a restaurant next to the hotel.
It's a bit far from the center, but firstly Yandex taxi in Yerevan is not expensive, and secondly there are such traffic jams in the center, I can't imagine how much it takes to leave the hotel to the airport

Very good 👍 the hotel staff is polite and friendly , I don't see any disadvantages 🤷, the breakfasts are very tasty according to the buffet system. To the center 10 minutes by taxi, taxi is not expensive, I recommend Yandex GO. In general, my wife and I really liked it.

When I come to Yerevan, I settle here,I will always be greeted with a smile and warmth and feel at home, the staff is polite and responsive ,the room is always clean , there is everything to take a shower , cool off under the air conditioner and relax ,for convenience there is free Wi-Fi and a TV , a refrigerator is also provided ,you can drink tea which is so the same is provided in the room with water ,everything is in excellent working condition ,very tasty breakfasts ,it is always quiet and calm that it is very important to rest and sleep from the road ,convenient location you can quickly get to both the center and the airport ,I put 5 stars❤️I will come back here again definitely definitely Yerevan is a city of kind people 🫶🏻🥰I settled in the same way for the New Year , I will leave beautiful photos 😍

The hotel is not in the city center, but you can get there by taxi in 10-12 minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not delicious, but with framed windows, but on the construction site. If I had come to sit in the room, the construction site would have darkened my life, but as it was, I did not hear it-I ran away to enjoy the city and the ocean, and came to sleep when the construction site was already dying down. Nearby there is a chic club with dancing, alcohol and all that follows.

Excellent hotel, stayed for 4 days and were very satisfied. The breakfast is buffet style, everything is delicious. The staff is very hospitable, and I would like to thank them for that. By the way, we had a late check-out at 23:30 and they made us a present, they didn't charge extra.

A good hotel. Spacious rooms, newly renovated. Air conditioners. Breakfast is a buffet. Although not the most diverse, there is a choice for breakfast. Milk porridge can be arranged on request - it is not on the standard menu.
It is important not to take a room with a view of the road - the window is not open - it is noisy. With a view of the backyard - you can sleep with the window open and without a condom.

We booked on the Island. So, we were checked into a room.Everything seems to be fine, but they immediately noticed the noise, the windows let in all the noise from the road, where they like to drive. Forget about the rest. They came to the reception, explained the problem, and the employee started calling the manager..And what do you think?... But nothing. "You have a cheap room, you booked with a discount, so wait, somewhere at 11-12 at night the cars will stop driving"... What?? Do you still call yourself a hotel? Well, answer the guest. And that I have to listen to the noise of cars for a week and wait 11-12 nights. I think this is shameless. Then the employee continued: " If(!!!!) if you are uncomfortable, pay another 6,000 per day for another room.
I don't know who praises the staff. The organization is terrible. The receptionist doesn't know anything, doesn't know anything. The information on the website is inaccurate. I think they are deliberately deceiving.
I will not advise anyone. We paid extra for the room for 6 days (36000d) and moved in. Rest should be rest!
And for an additional fee, you get a type of "city view", although in fact a view of the construction site.
And by the way.. The cards do not work, the payment is only in AMD. Which, again, was not indicated at the time of booking. In all other hotels, they quietly paid for the World with a card, but here...

I stayed at the hotel for a week. The rooms are double, clean, there is a hairdryer, a kettle with tea accessories, a refrigerator, a bottle of water is brought every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no central heating in the hotel, only air conditioning for heating. At first I was scared, but then I realized that it was more than enough. During the day, the sun shines through the window and warms up the room very much. And at night I also turned off the air conditioner, because it was stuffy. The breakfasts are weak, but you won't stay hungry for sure. Thank you very much for your cordiality and hospitality!

The hotel is good, everything is new, the room is large, the staff is responsive. The only drawback is that the windows overlook Leningradskaya Street and absolutely do not protect from the noise of traffic flow. I couldn't sleep.

Great hotel, very clean. The rooms facing the garden are quite quiet. There is a club and a construction site nearby, but surprisingly this does not interfere.
The rooms are quite large, with very good finishes. The room has a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, kettle, cups, refrigerator, work desk. Comfortable large beds.
There is breakfast.
In general, we have already stopped here 4 or 5 times, as always everything is fine.

I didn't like the hotel, and I won't recommend it to anyone..
-constant problem with hot water: it's barely warm!!
- I didn't understand if the floors were cleaned here.. Or is it the norm that the floors in the room are dirty?
- no screens on the windows - welcome, mosquitoes!! And there are no mosquito repellents
- two huge holes in the tulle, shame on you, comrades!
-there is no ironing board, the iron is given out together with a thick cloth..
-the crossbars fall out of the bed
-constantly rattling refrigerator
-if you forget to put up a sign, your room will not be cleaned
- absolutely stupid trash in the toilet: a trifle, but unpleasant!
+-there are two very strange scales.. Some of which may be shown incorrectly 🧐
+- view of Yerevan Park and construction site, because of which Ararat is not visible

+nice colors
