I ordered and installed the kitchen in the summer of 2024. I was happy at the design stage. Designer Tatiana satisfied all my desires in terms of the kitchen project, although the kitchen is very small in size and there were enough non-standard solutions and many said that it would not be possible to do as I want.
At the stage of work with the design department, there were disagreements regarding sockets, the location of individual elements, all mounting holes for equipment and plumbing were not taken into account exactly, everything was fixed during installation, the benefit of inconsistencies were in those places that are invisible during operation.
I encountered some disagreements during the installation... There was a misunderstanding how such a project could be ruined simply by poor installation. When accepting the kitchen, the "wow" effect did not work, they came and finished it twice more, but already other installers. The impression was ruined.
In general, we can say that the organization is good, all comments were processed and eliminated promptly (in the amount that could be eliminated). I would like to wish for more interaction between departments. So that the design department studies the design and mounting holes of the mounted equipment more carefully. So that the installers pay more attention to their work and do everything more carefully, because the final impression of the kitchen depends on them. It is also necessary to provide some kind of protection for the facades, at least a film, so that the consumer can remove it himself, since some of the parts were scratched and stained at the time of acceptance.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a kitchen, it was installed in September 2023, the first joint came out at the installation stage, the second appeared in November. The kitchen is glued over the hood, it was replaced once a month for the second time. Now, six months later, the cabinets above the washroom are being glued down. During installation, the back wall above the hood was damaged, which was then safely closed from our eyes. Regarding kitchen defects, the answer is always the same, you get moisture or the hood does not work (it was checked and the conclusion about the good work of the vent. the channel is on hand). As for the price, which varies from the exchange rate, I am generally silent. I think my trip to court is not avoided.

In this company, I ordered a closet in the hallway. Moreover, of a complex configuration, with differences along the facade and from floor to ceiling, which at that time did not exist. Different depths and broken facades. There was a niche in the wall facing the closet. In short, a difficult task! And the guys did it! Surprisingly, the cabinet fell into place like a cast! I am grateful. And I will soon order the kitchen only from them. The most positive recommendations!

Отличная компания. Очень профессиональный подход. Довольна каждым этапом работы. Позвонила спросить стоимость за кухню, девушка подробно проконсультировала, затем приехал дизайнер и нарисовал именно то, что я хотела. Затем специалист из их компании мне подобрала еще и технику! В итоге, спустя чуть больше месяца,у меня стоит кухня моей мечты.

Заказывала в этой компании самое малое - шкаф. Хочу предупредить всех "потенциальных" заказчиков, будьте очень внимательны при заключении договора. Оказывается, это все вранье что у них на сайте написано, что цена неизменная в белорусских рублях. Изначально цену прописывают в белорусских рублях, НО, с привязкой к курсу доллара. И по итогу заказчик уплачивает не ту сумму которая была прописана в договоре в белорусских рублях, а прилично больше. Вот такой у них подход к заказчикам. Все курсовые разницы оплачивает Заказчик. Затем, хочу обратить внимание, в договоре прописан срок, не более 45 суток. НО, и тут полный "развод". Оказывается, это только после согласования 3Д-визуализации. А согласование у них происходит где-то после 3-4 недель (у меня) так было). И по итогу самый элементарный предмет мебели у них будет делаться 2-2,5 месяца. Никому не рекомендую делать заказ в этой компании. Помимо всего прочего, хочу обратить внимание на материал из которого изготавливается мебель.
