A quiet place, well-maintained territory, cozy rooms, pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean, regular cleaning, the bed linen is just super white. The dining room is very tasty, the menu is like in a restaurant to order and there are always ready meals. Great, we'll come again!!!

We had a rest in Abkhazia. We chose the Inkit guest house and were very satisfied. Cozy, quiet and beautiful. Thanks a lot to Igor and a very friendly woman who has a beautiful name Medea. We will definitely come again. All the best and prosperity to the owners. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the dining room, where a friendly and cohesive team works. Good luck to everyone!!!

Thanks to the guard who didn't leave us at night, he called Igor. We were checked in at 23:30 by a nice woman, in two rooms. We had a very good night's sleep. Thanks to Igor , despite everything , he settles the guests even for a day! We couldn't settle anywhere in Abkhazia at all. Everywhere for at least 3 days. In general, somehow the hospitality here suffers. Rooms with a bed, air conditioning, bathroom. In general, everything you need is there. The main thing for us is the sea! It is a 2-3-minute walk away, there are other guest houses and cafes nearby. The purest, warm sea! Dolphins are swimming by. If something didn't work out with someone's numbers, it's okay. You're not coming to the room, are you? Although of course I understand, it's a shame😎 In general, we were lucky! Thank you Igor!

We just returned from vacation, chose the Inkit guest house, were satisfied, the rooms are clean, the service is excellent, we went for silence and a clean beach, I recommend those who come not to have fun but to relax since there are no entertainment within walking distance, but you can get to the center in a few minutes (we were by car) special thanks to Medea and To Igor for the warm welcome and kind attitude towards vacationers))

A wonderful place within walking distance from the sea. Clean rooms with bathroom, TV, split system. There are no interruptions to the water supply. A large area with several gazebos where you can sit among fruit trees (in the evening it is better to arm yourself with mosquito repellent). Great place. The room is clean, bright, odorless. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, iron. Tea and coffee set. The only thing is that there was no water in the room, it was poured from a cooler in the corridor. Of the soap-snout sets, there was only soap. Everything else is custom-made. There are enough outlets. I liked that the door locks did not slam. We recommend it.

We booked the hotel only because of the balcony with colored curtains, it looked beautiful and cozy in the photo. With armor, they chose a room with a balcony. A couple of days after checking in, we were forced to move out to the first floor. When clarifying the situation, it turned out that we were originally going to be placed in one room for a couple of days, and then transferred to another, they say it is impossible to book in another way, but they just forgot to write to us about it. If I had known this would happen, of course I would have refused. Since the first floor did not suit me, we soon moved out. Plus, the cafe, which belongs to the hotel, gives a price list for entertainment from the partner's company, the partner is disgusting. We chose a jeep from them. We were put back on the perches. They refused to transfer to the salon or refund the money. I went out of desperation, for 8 hours of the trip I was covered in bruises, because my hands could no longer hold, and you just can't sit on a perch on an off-road. In general, the service in this country is disgusting, or maybe we are so lucky. I'm not coming here anymore.

There are many additional "nice things" : parking in the yard, swings on the street, lots of greenery, covered verandas with tables and chairs, kettle and dishes, hot water in the shower, wifi, there is a dining room nearby, the sea is accessible on foot. A very friendly host.

When we stopped by, there was a delay in passing the border.I waited, I didn't quit.🙏🙏🙏 Later, he treated me to citrons growing on the territory. Rest in silence, it's a village. If someone wants rides under the window, it won't suit you. The sea is visible from the balcony, it takes 3 minutes to walk. The rooms are clean and tidy. Refrigerator,kettle, TV,air conditioning in the room. But we scored excursions for every day at once, so we left in the morning, returned in the evening, did not have time to feel the lack of large shops nearby and entertainment. The sea is clean, the beach is wide. There is a cafe nearby, but we did not get into it, because we had little free time, we did not reach it(( The territory is large, trees, swings. And in general, we are 100% satisfied with the rest%

Utter deception !!! Beautiful photos from five years ago and no more. There is no infrastructure around, it is very far to Pitsunda, the road to the beach is strewn with cow cakes. At night there is no lighting on the street, dogs and cats howl, and cows in the morning. A village with a wild beach, two cafes and one empty shop in the neighborhood. There is no kitchen in the house, and even a microwave. We lived for 5 days, and decided to leave this hole. The owner Igor refused to return the money for the unlived days.(paid for 11 days) The house was damp and smelled of mold. I will not wish the enemy into this collective farm !!! Adding a video: this is the hall of the 1st floor for 2 kennels without windows!!!

A very good hotel, an area for those who want peace. The rooms are clean and everything is fine, but the rooms are small for three people. If you put a cot, it's cramped-sideways. I think that if the full cost is taken for the third person- child, then the sleeping place should be full-fledged. It is impossible to sleep on a cot even for a week.

A quiet place. We had a comfortable rest . There are few vacationers, or they are just quiet. Gazebos, verandas where you can sit in the evening. It is 5 minutes to the sea, on the way to it there is a cafe where you can eat 3 times a day (tasty , affordable). The beach and the sea are clean. There are few vacationers . I recommend it to those who need a relaxing holiday. I liked it!
