Меня полис, очень быстро все сделали,девушка-сотрудник замечательная, все объяснила.

20.09.2021г. отказали мужу в замене бумажного полиса на пластик, пояснив, что полис меняется только при смене фамилии, а при утере выдадут такую же бумажку. Хотя по закону я могу иметь два полиса: и бумажный, и пластик.
