Then I ordered a set of consumables (ink) for delivery, the order was accepted and that's it, the order was delivered on the website, but nothing was actually received (fortunately, the payment was made). On 12/13/2025, I also ordered a set of consumables delivered by belpost, the order was accepted, and the text message said "Wait for the operator to call." The next day, no one called. I decided to write to support on 12/16/2025 and find out about the order, which I need a tech specialist for.support replied that your order would have to be shipped on 12/17/2025 and that you should expect an SMS with a tracking code. 22:00 On 12/17/2025, there is no SMS with a track code and, I think, there will not be. Once again, the order is simply not sent. There are 4 orders in the screenshot, of which only the 2019 order for the MFP was completed, the new order did not appear in My Orders at all. My wife bought a thermal press with different nozzles from them. The nozzle for printing on the mugs broke after six months. I called the service center and asked if everything else was working. Everything else is working, they said to bring only a nozzle for mugs. We arrived in Minsk from another city, brought a nozzle, and the employee first wanted the serial number of the thermopress, then said we should bring the entire thermopress with a nozzle for mugs. In the end, they didn't do anything. We drove 100 kilometers to this service center and back, spent half a day traveling, closed our store for a day, suffered financial losses, and as a result: as the nozzle did not work, it does not work.
