On the plus side: the opening hours are until 23:00, the prices for medicines are average (not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either). There are 2 windows, the service is fast. My complaint is that two packages of medicines are carefully folded with a branded bag (it's a miracle, how nice, isn't it?), but in fact you can see in the receipt that the bag is paid, and it costs not 1 kopeck, but 14. At all hypermarket ticket offices they ask if a package is needed? But here they just sell him without question. It's a small thing, but somehow I'm unhappy with this "service". And it's not very clear what's the point of a sad employee in the audience? Only if you follow the product.
