I was vacationing with my wife at the OZZ hotel. The review is honest, not customized. I really liked the hotel, everything is in a modern style. The room had an Alice + smart home, a spacious bathroom, Wi-Fi, a Delonga kettle for a second, a mini fridge, in general, everything for convenience. The exterior is also very pleasant, the mountainous landscape is mixed with amazing buildings of town houses. Its own pool is 1.4 meters deep and 10 meters long (this is quite enough to dive, swim and relax) There is a restaurant on the 4th floor, the prices correspond to the city. Breakfast is included in the price (despite the reviews in 2GIS, there is enough of everything, everything is delicious, the staff is polite, they will always come and ask) Of the cons (but I would call it not a minus, but rather a wish): Think of some kind of program, a la open-air cinema, or an evening of dancing in the open air on the terrace overlooking the mountains, etc.) A great place to relax, break away from the hustle and forget about the rush and just enjoy the moment.

The hotel is good, we stayed here for 3 days on a business trip, and the breakfasts are excellent. The hotel is small and compact, and the air is clean closer to the mountains. The rooms were excellent, the only thing was there was no Internet and Alice did not work in the rooms, it was impossible to control the light with curtains. We had a great rest at this hotel. A very calm, cozy place is exactly what you need to reboot. The pool is cool, clean, and nice to swim in. The breakfasts are delicious, without unnecessary problems, but everything is of high quality. The room is cozy, with a large terrace, where we often sat and just rested in silence. I liked that the room has Alice and a huge TV — a small thing, but it makes the rest more convenient. Overall, I have only good impressions. We will be happy to come again.

The shower floods, and a 10-minute wash can cause the bathroom to flood and water to enter the room. The staff is sleeping and kind of lazy. The double room has all sets for one. Of course, there are many advantages, there are gazebos, a smart house in the room (but I had to ask Alice to fix it so that it would work) the breakfast is good and varied. It's very beautiful)) but the service level is 3. The food is homemade and not to say delicious, there was a black hair in the soup, which was not pleasant, but the waiter was not bothered. The room is not very clean. The motion sensor is lagging, and so is the TV, but it's not critical when you're driving for the day. But the terrace/balcony, the location is just great. If you take food with you, it's a great place to relax.

I didn't like it, the surprise in the room, paid in advance, was not prepared on time, I forgave the second chair on the terrace three times, and they never brought it. The bathroom floors are scuffed and it smells like sewage, I didn't like breakfast, everything is cold and windy, maybe I should come to it right at 7, so that everything is as it should be. In the hotel of the same chain in Karaganda, everything was fine, the food was delicious, the staff was fast and clear, in Almaty it was a sleepy kingdom where you could not be heard at all. We won't be coming back here anymore.

The bathroom is open and comes with a toilet and there are no fences. When you wash everything, including the toilet, paper, etc., is wet. The tables at the sun beds are always covered in dirt. Our glasses were kept there from the bar for 3 days with garbage. A lot of the menu is on the stack. We had a family vacation. Probably, if they had stayed for 2 days, I would have put 5u without noticing the jambs.They only clean when you ask, they don't clean well. Probably not enough cleaning staff. When it's critical with a small child. The breakfasts are monotonous, but generally not bad. The restaurant itself leaves much to be desired, half of the dishes are on the stop list, there are always no napkins on the tables, they need to be extracted, even the sugar ran out at some point) and you will buy uniforms for the restaurant staff and trays not like in the dining room. The Wi-Fi is not working well, then why connect a smart home is not clear, when in the morning even the curtains cannot be opened without Alice. The administrators are friendly, thanks for that.
