Hello! It was very pretty, because: first of all I hadn't booked it for refundable, but it did (don't know who is the fool - me or booking, I guess - me, because my money had been stucked from the very begining!). Then I asked for the late check-in and got the answer only after several calls to booking! Then, the day before arrival I've got a letter: If you will be arriving after our reception is closed (18:00 on the weekdays and 13:00 on the weekends) you will need to follow the instructions on this email. The code to enter the gate and the front door is: C24680. We will be leaving the key for you inside your room. The WIFI user name is either: levanda1 / levanda2 / levanda3 / levanda4 The password for the WIFI is: 0545721445. · That after getting to the hotel at night, though I had the code to enter the gate and the front door: C24680, I hadn't got my rooms! They were closed! And somebody whom I woke up after some time in my supposed room, told me to occupy the free room(!). It turned out that if you could find a free room in this so called hotel you can occupy it! Exceptional, I feel I will try all my best next time - SQUAT the ROOM! Now I know address: Nahalat Yehuda Residence, Levanda 46, Tel Aviv, code to enter the gate and the front door: C24680 ...

A pleasant hotel, compact rooms, a kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. If the room is on the ground floor, then you can hear everything that happens in the recreation area under the window. There is an observation deck on the roof. The area is so-so, but close to the train station, it's convenient. The price is relatively low.

We booked the hotel from January 4th to 5th, 2022. At a non-refundable rate. The closure of the borders was extended, we asked the hotel to refund the money. The hotel did not get in touch! We sent letters to the post office, wrote through booking. As a result, the booking manager wrote that the hotel refused to refund the money. I understand that the tariff is non-refundable. But how can I influence the closure of borders! I think it's unfair. I work with Russian hotels myself and I know that in such cases, hotels always meet me halfway. It's better not to deal with these guys. Otherwise, you will need to clarify something, but they do not answer. By the way, they didn't cancel the reservation. It's just awful..
