Very bright and cozy studio, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, cleanliness is at the highest level, this is important to me! Professional approach, stage-by-stage training in practice, high-quality equipment, it is clear that the studio owner is interested in people being able to practice efficiently! The bright, warm classroom is not drafty anywhere, but it is not stuffy either, apparently it is always ventilated before classes. The prices are great! The staff is very qualified, attentive, responsive, always sincerely glad to see you, thank you, it's very nice! The studio is great, in every way!

Inside Yoga Club is a space where you feel comfortable and relaxed from the very first minutes. There is always a very warm atmosphere here, filled with peace and care.
I would especially like to note the attentiveness of the masters and the variety of practices. The SPA area is a separate kind of pleasure, and if you can combine practice and massage, you get a full day of relaxation for body and soul!
I highly recommend Inside Yoga to those who are looking for more than just a workout, but a place where they really take care of you!

I would like to sincerely thank inside.yogaclub for organizing a meeting and training with Lyanka Gryu on April 5th and 6th. It was two incredibly deep, warm and truly transformative days that I will remember with gratitude for a long time.
inside.yogaclub is not just a space, it is a place of power. From the very first minutes, you feel that you can be yourself here, they hear, understand and create conditions for real inner work. The atmosphere of comfort, peace and care — all this helped to really open up, slow down and hear yourself.
The meeting with Lyanka was filled with important insights, lively communication, analysis of real situations and support. It felt like you were in a circle of like-minded people, in a very warm and safe space where you could be honest with yourself. And the Inspiration training became for me a point of return to myself — through emotions, through feelings, through sincerity. A lot of things fell into place.
I would also like to note with what love everything was organized: a cozy room, the aroma of tea, soft light, attentive team — every detail mattered. It felt like I was not just at an event, but in an atmosphere of care, beauty and meaning.
Thanks to the inside team.yogaclub for the soul invested in this event, for professionalism, warmth and sincere participation. Such events really change, fill and inspire. I am very glad that I was a part of it. I want to come back again

I was at a yoga class in this studio for the first time. I didn't expect it to be super cool. And the lesson itself is cool, and the coach and the gym. They made delicious coffee in the cafe after class. Excellent!!!

My favorite club! Really a place of power in the city. It's so cozy and soulful, a very beautiful space, you always manage to relax and unwind there. I go to different practices, I like to combine yoga, Pilates, and yoga in hammocks. All the teachers are masters of their craft, in general, the team is very good. And a huge advantage is that there are always some events where you can learn a lot of new things and immerse yourself in development, in understanding yourself. In short, I found in one place everything that I really need right now, interesting and energizing.

A great place, a chic comfortable environment with all the necessary amenities. I got to Vasilina. For interval yoga. I was very pleased. I like a good load. Yoga master Vasilina is a good and very sensitive teacher. The man is in His place. I highly recommend it.!!! It explains everything clearly. Helps. He corrects me.
It is important to me that after the lesson you feel that you have worked out, worked out all the muscles. And I didn't just come to have a chat.
