For rare requests, there is a queue for coupons and several offices to solve each issue. And to work with EDS, there is one office and a giant live queue, which people keep themselves on a piece of paper. Arriving at 11:00, taking into account the one-hour lunch here, I got to the office only at 17:30! It's definitely not normal and one star is on the case. Please add one or two more cabinets for working with EDS
