But comrades come on cruisers and somehow everything works out for them quickly. I came 7 times to enroll in my studies. 4 of them stood in line for 4-5 hours and were refused when applying. 3 times I didn't have enough work and I left. One day he said that he would be on the spot on Saturday from 8 to 8.30 and he could come. I arrived at 7 just in case. I waited until 8.30 and no one showed up. As a result, he was trained elsewhere. I signed up the first time and without any problems. After receiving the certificate, I turned to Derkach again to apply for the exam. He refused again. I took a day off, stood in line for 4.5 hours, and he says come by the end of the month a group will be recruited. I came and was refused again. And again I sat for more than 3 hours. He says that he needs to bring the documents at the beginning of next month, otherwise he may forget about me or lose my documents. And he escorted me out of the office. It's generally terrible.
