Excellent 4-star hotel, new, beautiful, large rooms, soft comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, a slightly limited selection of food, but overall not bad. There is also an excellent SPA complex with a swimming pool and a Turkish hammam For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness room and a ping pong table. Overall, a confident Foursome. The location of the hotel is also excellent! I recommend.

The hotel is nice, but the room is cool, although I put the air conditioner on 35 degrees and waited for a fruit plate for almost 40 minutes. 😅 P.S. I informed them that I don't need to put apples in my fruit plate because I'm allergic to them, but now I can taste apples from bananas and that I'm starting to get allergic (most likely, they cut the fruit in parallel with the same knife as the apples or on the same the board)

The day is fine, the day will not be reported tea, toilet paper will not be checked. Apparently there is no checklist or control. 2. I asked to check out three hours later, despite the fact that no one came after me, they offered to pay for cleaning the rooms after 15.00 for half a day. There was no point in it, I refused. In general, it is clear that this is at the discretion of the hotel, but it was possible to meet halfway. Overall, it is positive, I will come here next time to Tashkent.

We liked the hotel. We stayed with a family of 5 people with children in suite 423. Very clean, everything is new. The service is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious, as well as dishes made to order from the restaurant. The SPA is also fine: two small pools that children really like, a hammam and a sauna. The room has kettles, tea, dishes, two refrigerators, two bathrooms. The location is convenient, close to the metro, shops across the street. I recommend it!

Great hotel. It opened recently, everything is very clean. Well-equipped rooms, cool beds, fine linens. The bathroom is equipped with a 5th floor. Excellent shampoos and shower gel. A set of washcloths and toothbrushes is beyond praise. Funny "inconsistencies" with the staff happen, but they are cheerfully and instantly resolved. These are probably the "problems" of the novelty of the hotel. The location is excellent, the service is 5!The rooms are quiet. I strongly recommend it!

You can walk to the market. For some reason, the market is a landmark in Uzbekistan. Well, it's just a short walk to the market. There are good eateries around, as well as in the hotel itself, you can also have dinner and even buy alcohol, including local, for example, good wine.

Firstly, a new hotel, designed in the Scandinavian style, but with a certain pomposity in the lobby at the reception. Secondly, the wonderful concept created by the Director of this wonderful hotel, Muruf! Huge greetings from Minsk to you. It was the third time we stayed at this hotel, and we didn't want to leave it. Thirdly, a wonderful cook! Breakfasts - I would call them "From the heart", everything is for the client!!!!! This is a huge plus for the hotel!!!! The staff works according to the single idea of "Everything for the client", it is felt in everything!!!!!!!!! I liked the hotel. Very helpful administrators, always ready to help. The room is quite cozy, the bed is quite comfortable. Towels were changed every day. They put shampoo and gel on. There were even disposable toothbrushes and a razor. Free SPA: hammam, sauna, swimming pool (though shallow). A decent restaurant in the hotel. In general, I recommend it.

I liked the hotel as a whole, but the cleaning brought surprises every day - they wouldn't leave water, then toilet paper, then a towel would be taken away, but they wouldn't bring clean. Towels are not enough for 4 stars, it seemed to me - big, small and for feet. Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and fresh, watermelons-melons - fire! I really liked the local wines in the restaurant, and the a la carte menu too. If it wasn't for a day without toilet paper, I would have rated it 5 stars🤣

A lovely hotel, but with a twist. I do not recommend touching soap dishes and cups in the shower, but it is better to remove them immediately. Glued to the snot. My soap dish fell off at night and broke, I spent half the night looking for the source of the noise, and in the morning I collected the fragments and paid 100 t. sum, because I came to the reception and told about it. But the soap dish was never changed for me !

The three of us were on a business trip, from 09 to 14 April 2022. Lovely hotel, nice friendly, courteous staff. The manager helped a lot, made a discount. The hotel is brand new, just opened. The price included breakfast, everything is very fresh and delicious. Lunch from the menu. I also liked the spa complex. Convenient location of the hotel, close to the center, the airport. The cleaning is super. There are two bathrooms in the room. Tashkent is very good in spring, it is not hot, everything is blooming. The windows are large, the sound insulation is good. I recommend it to everyone. We are planning to start at the end of May. Thanks to the hotel and the staff!

I liked the hotel. Very good staff, everything from reception to breakfast service is on top. Clean, modern, the rooms are quiet, bathrobes, slippers, everything is fine. There is a metro station nearby. The breakfasts are not bad, ordinary. One of the disadvantages is that in the rooms above the restaurant, chairs can be heard moving in the early morning. It prevented me from sleeping. And tiles are falling from the facade on the street, do not go close to the building just in case. There is an ATM, there is no exchanger. There are rooms with a view of the construction site.
