Начну с самого главного,у персонала максимально отвратительное отношение к клиентам,ходят с минами на лице,после разговора с ними не хочется возвращаться в этот магазин и покупать что-либо.При возникшей проблеме,из магазина сотрудники отправляют к ремонтникам...но и ремонтники ничего толкового не могут сказать. Консультация клиентов не то что хромает,она мертвая. Принёс циркулярную пилу,попросил целенаправленно заменить "щетки", сотрудник начал лепить чушь про какой-то якорь и в итоге сказал что не будет браться за ремонт,даже не осмотрев инструмент. В итоге сам его разобрал и это оказались "щетки". Магазин хороший в плане разнообразия инструмента,но из-за отвратительных сотрудников больше не вернусь в него.
