Сдал бензопилу, не заводилась. Отдел 1000 рублей за диагностику, в итоге на следующий день звонит и говорят, что наверное это карбюратор, вот вам телефон езжайте купите, мы его поставим, но будет ли работать мы не знаем. Спрашиваю сколько в итоге будет ремонт стоить (на озоне такая пила за 5600 стоит) в ответ : "Мы не знаем, но деньги свои 1000 рублей мы отработали, если не нравится забирайте пилу". Очень странное отношение к работе, Больше туда ни ногой.

Хороший магазин инструментов и сервисный центр. Ремонт делают качественно и за умеренную цену. Есть заточка цепных пил.

Сделал заказ, цепь на бензопилу штиль (победит), оплатил 1000 рублей 16.04.2021, сотрудник магазина который оформлял заказ сказал что 2-3 недели и цепь будет. Сейчас уже 15.06.2021, звоню в компанию спрашиваю что по моему заказу, ответ "а мы заказ не делали" - ответ просто удивил меня. Зато честно и откровенно.
