We had a contract only for diagnostics. We met with the director, talked, he is a pleasant, competent and ADEQUATE person, but he stood by the staff like a mountain, even though the girl turned our words over again with him. The situation was resolved, we were given a discount and the director apologized, but the girl stood her ground, no apologies at least for the misunderstanding. I recommend that the management pay attention to the staff, so you can not work with clients. It is necessary to take written consent for repairs from customers in order to avoid such situations, "what do you mean you agreed?". We have replaced the processor, according to the master, bought on Aliexpress, it may be of high quality, but it is not possible to check, because the master did not remember his number. Yes, the issue was resolved, but we left there unsatisfied, the unpleasant residue remained. I hope this is an isolated case for them.
