I traveled by buses of this carrier company from 2019 to 2022 to Moscow and back to Bryanka. Everything is fine. There are no complaints and there have never been any. Comfortable buses, comfortable seats, polite drivers, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. In a few days, I'm going to Moscow by bus of this carrier company. Who doesn't like what or who doesn't like what, pass by and don't write nasty things.

The best carrier! I have repeatedly traveled from Moscow and back on buses of this company. The dispatchers are always polite, reservations are always quick and easy. We were very helpful when another Westavtoexpress company simply resold the tickets to other people after booking and we were left without a trip. The buses are new, everything is working properly (air conditioning, charging)stops every 3 hours. I recommend this carrier

I do not recommend this carrier, I bought an electronic ticket for the 15.30 flight 3 times in a row, and all three times the flight was canceled and postponed to 19.30. "coincidence" I think not. I handed in my ticket on 02/14/2026, but the money was never returned, and on 02/17/2026, and a refund was made from other carriers within 24 hours.
