Well, what can I say, we ordered 2 pairs of glasses half a year ago, the first frame completely crumbled after half a year, the second frame is alive but the lenses have worn off in the same half a year, I do not recommend it, it's amazing how they are still in the insurance points coverage roster, it looks like a drunk

For the patient and not picky... on January 24, 2023, I ordered glasses from them, choosing the frame there. Expensive. The next day I got a call and was told that the glasses were ready. 1) Took it away. After that, in good light, I found that there were three chips on the lenses. Came back. They said they would fix it in half an hour. I left it, saying not to rush and do it efficiently, as I will come back the next day. 2) Well done. - Two chips were fixed. I took it away and left the third chip as a memory of their "service". Then I discovered that other flaws were added on the other side: the fishing line sticks out, the frame is not pressed against the lens and there is a sharp angle on the lens. Came back. 3) They said that "without question, how for themselves" they would fix the remaining chip, hide the fishing line, press the frame and smooth out the corner. I came to pick it up. The chip has been cleaned, the fishing line is sticking out, the angle has not been corrected. They said that this is how it should be. I couldn't afford to take it away - I left it, giving them another chance. 4) After a couple of hours, they called and said they were ready. He took it. In good light, I found that there were flaws - one lens did not fit well to the frame and the angle was poorly smoothed, which of course catches the eye. The frame was also scratched in two places during work (not in a prominent place, but still). 5) I'll go to them again, if it's on the way. But it's probably better to talk to local lawyers you know. Total: 1) a lot of money and nerves were spent, we did it for 4 days and did not finish it. 2) A bad eyeglass maker. 3) Incompetent employees at the reception: they can't even convince the client that a protruding fishing line is normal, and that the machine always does this and they leave satisfied the first time. 4) The light in their establishment is apparently specially "intimate" so that no flaws can be seen. Photo: 1) the third chip in memory of their "service" 2) a protruding fishing line "sho it should be like this" 3) non-accommodation 4) sharp angle and non-lying is what I have on my hands now 5) scratch on the rim

Mom wanted to get photochromic spraying on her lenses (since she often drives). The salon said yes, of course, we will do everything. They immediately asked for 40,000 drams, and she left them her glasses. As a result, in fact, they will produce separate lenses for her, without warning her in advance. After all, it was possible to explain to an adult normally, and not rush to agree with everything, just so as not to lose a client with money. She has complex diopters and has astigmatism. They didn't even ask her for the recipe until I arrived the next day and showed them. Hence the question-how were they going to make her lenses without even checking her eyesight or asking for a prescription for her everyday glasses? The service is just disgusting. They immediately began to put pressure on me with indignation that they had been on the market for 30 years, as if I was not a customer and I had no right to ask questions. If I hadn't given them her prescription for lenses, I don't even know what they would have done to her. They just gave her the glasses, without any confirmation that they were exactly made strictly according to her recipe. I don't advise anyone, they grab any client, trying to mentally crush him, just to make money.
