Quite a pleasant hotel in the city of Sukhum. It is located in a quiet place almost on the embankment. There are shops and cafes around. The city market is a 5-minute walk away. In terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is completely adequate. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, all rooms have balconies. The default meal is breakfast, but on tours you can take both half board and board. The buffet is small, but it is enough and I was pleased with the taste. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool. For a long beach holiday is not the best option (an urban beach is not the best recommendation), but for short trips, for conferences (there is a large auditorium), for yoga tours (there is a good gym). It is very convenient for visiting museums and sightseeing tours. There is free Internet and cable TV, though not very stable. The staff is pleasant. We liked it. Thank you for a wonderful week of rest.

We stayed at the hotel three times. 2023,2024, 2025 years. It's always in July. Despite the rather tired condition of the furniture and plumbing, everything is working properly. The general condition of the hotel is excellent. The rooms have everything you need, except for kettles. For boiling water and drinking water, you have to go to the cooler (located on each floor) The rooms are well cleaned. Linen is changed every three days. The linen is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Nice bar, Clean dining room. They only took breakfast. It's delicious, satisfying, and quite diverse. Always fresh and delicious pastries. Very convenient location of the hotel. Practically on the embankment. Literally 50 meters from the beach. Not far from the city market. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Its own nice, clean outdoor pool. I'd love to go back there again. One of the disadvantages is a very bad Internet connection.

We had a holiday for Christmas in 2026. Good location. The sea is 7 minutes away. The rooms are nice, everything is clean and tidy. We accommodated a family of three, it was comfortable for everyone. The food was only all-inclusive breakfasts, decent, delicious, excellent. The temperature outside was 7-9°C in the evening, but that didn't stop us, we swam in the outdoor pool anyway. I really like the hotel, I go to Sukhum and only to this hotel. Great location - right on the waterfront, nice beach. I have my own dining room, I prefer only breakfast - a buffet, there is just a little bit: porridge, vegetables, salads, eggs and omelets, pastries, fruits, sausages - it's fine. Instant coffee, but if you don't drink, there are so many cafes nearby with excellent Abkhazian coffee, and tea is also available in the dining room.Lunches and dinners are quite simple, so I recommend only breakfast, since there are so many national cafes and restaurants nearby, it's better to go there in the evening. Everything is within walking distance, go left along the embankment and reach the most picturesque place of Sukhum - Brekhalovka, there is also a theater, there is also a fountain with griffins. Go to the right and around the corner - my favorite Sukhumi market. It's both delicious and wonderful there. Why did you put 4 instead of 5? It's a little hard to clean, but if you ask, they'll clean it up. I've celebrated New Year's Eve there 2 times - great, I recommend it.

When we arrive in Sukhumi, we always stayed at this hotel. It used to be a pretty decent hotel about 10 years ago, but now it's the 25th. But everything remained unchanged, only the furniture became dead, everything became dilapidated, and everything in the shower was also battered. Apparently, the owners just aren't going to invest anything. But why, they go and take it off anyway. Convenient location, beautiful views from the Windows. The only positive thing is that the reception went to the meeting and checked into the room much earlier than the stated time! The pool on the territory is normal. That's it! The room was tired sooooo long ago, especially the toilet with a shower cabin! Nutrition is generally a separate conversation.... We had a vacation with my wife in September at this hotel. One of the advantages is its convenient location, just 1 km from the city center, 100 meters from the sea,there are many cafes with delicious barbecue and wine near the hotel,all the hotel staff are very hospitable,the rooms are clean ,cleaned every day if you hang a sign,there is uninterrupted hot water from the boiler,mattresses can be connected with a topper on request, if you have separate beds.The TV catches 200 channels.There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.If you are lucky like us and you will be on the 6th floor, you will have a wonderful view of the mountains. Of the disadvantages, the photos on the hotel's website have nothing to do with reality, the room stock is much older and actually looks 1,000,000 times worse than in the photo.The same story with the buffet, it is meager, poor, absolutely insipid and tasteless.Do not take a half-board, you will be very disappointed in the quality and choice of dishes.I give 2 stars out of 5 for the food.In my opinion, I would look at other hotels and it would be better to be more expensive if I had the choice to go to Sukhum again.

I had a rest at the Inter-Sukhum Hotel in September 2022. The advantage of the hotel is its location. Within walking distance of the sea, the embankment, cafes, shops, market. The hotel itself is not bad, but needs renovation. There is a swimming pool on site. The rooms are small, there is a refrigerator, a TV. The only negative for me is the lighting in the room. Even after turning on all the lighting fixtures, the room is dark. Breakfast was included in my accommodation, but if desired, you can choose 3 meals a day. It is possible to pay for meals already at the hotel. The choice of dishes is not great, but I did not stay hungry. Apples are made from fruits. Instant coffee, no milk. Positive:located close to the sea/1st coastline/, room cleaning once every 5 days, towel change once every 3 days, courteous staff. The linen is snow-white. It's nice to sleep Minuses:The Internet quality is poor, there is no Internet in the hotel's pool area or in the dining room. The food is ordinary, monotonous, there are only apples and sometimes plums from fruits, there is no variety of pastries, as many write here.. just rolls. The food is lukewarm, but there is a microwave. Taking out food is prohibited. The fine is 1,000 rubles. Lots of mosquitoes/there is a fumigator, but it does not work. Our room had a double bed and a cot (which creaked unbearably with every movement). There is a wardrobe, an ordinary (but roomy) table and bedside tables in the room. The TV was working every other time, the programs were stuck all the time and it was not always possible to understand something that was being said there. Refrigerator and balcony (on the balcony there are 2 chairs and a table, dryer) When I went to the toilet and generally into the room, I was blown away, the doors were very old, that the entrance (with a regular key, not a card) what's in the toilet (it would definitely not hurt to change them) the bathroom itself needs to be repaired. The shower room is sooo small, narrow and uncomfortable. If there was a big man in it, he wouldn't turn around. Toilet paper is the cheapest, is it really difficult to put normal white soft toilet paper? Grout just cries and says, take me away and grout me again. It is clear that it does not affect the rest, but the overall impression of comfort is even very good. Bed linen is changed every 5 days. Upon arrival for 2 days, the room was not cleaned. It's elementary, they don't even take out the trash. Until you ask them. This is a big minus. That is, no one knows how to clean here. There is a water heater, in principle, there was always hot water, there were no power outages, the air conditioner worked around the clock. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the lobby on each floor. It's not convenient to iron things on the 3rd floor only. The location allows you to put an iron and ironing board on each floor. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Take a sprinkler with you. Because in the evening it is simply impossible to sit on the balcony and, in principle, on the street. We had full board, and the choice was very limited. Especially breakfast. Every single day, sausages and boiled eggs, an omelet (which is very thin), 2 milk porridges to choose from and pasta with porridge to garnish, there are pancakes. Sausage and cheese (sausage) tea and coffee. Lunch and dinner are already better, there is something to choose from, you will not stay hungry. But during the 10 days of rest, it was just slicing vegetables only 1 time, mostly salads always. And children don't always eat it. There is always compote, tea and coffee for lunch. The only fruit was watermelon. For dessert, either a sweet bun without anything, or jelly (which is of different colors, but all for the same taste) The pool is cool, sun beds, a warm pool. There are no disadvantages here. A very nice man, the manager or the owner, I still did not understand. The wife is very bad, we lived on the 6th floor, the room does not catch at all. Even when you go to the lobby, it doesn't always work, although there is a connection. Either go to the first floor and call from there, or it's best to buy a SIM card. And not be connected to the hotel Internet. The sea is nearby (2 minutes away), but not its own beach. Therefore, you pay for sun beds separately (like 200 rubles), by the way, the central market is nearby, literally 5 minutes to go. This is also a big plus. In general, if they renovate the bathroom, doors, make entrance cards and add variety to the food, it will be super. I have something to compare it with, we have already been all over Abkhazia (but I think it's expensive for what they provide)

Absolutely not worth the money. For 7,200 for the cheapest room at the end of September (we have been staying since 09/16/25), you get: an old, very old room, a smelly old bathroom, no water and disposable slippers in the room, a sagging mattress, unregulated water in the shower, elevators that do not work properly, one set of towels, refusal from the maids to clean the room and change towels are provided daily, the entire floor in the room is covered with long black hair, there is no sound insulation (you can hear every word from the hallway), loud music even after 23:00 right under the windows, and the most interesting thing! The blankets are not tucked in!! That is, we were provided with only sheets and pillows, apparently it is assumed that people sleep like this. They responded to my request to tuck in my blanket (I checked in alone with a one-year-old child) after 40 minutes. A complete scoop. They brazenly take money, but in fact there is 0 service and an absolute lack of repairs.

He lived here at the end of May 2024. Room 304. The room is gorgeous, bed linen is changed, towels seem to be every day. It is possible to use a washing machine and an iron. There is a cooler on each floor. The kitchen is great. Daily room cleaning. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. Two elevators. The staff is polite, adequate, and always ready to help. The pool is 17m, the water is clean. Every day, an employee cleans it, changes filters and refills chemicals. You can not only swim, but also swim. I didn't notice any time limits. The disadvantage is the high temperature, it is difficult to swim more than 500m. It feels like 28-30°. Today, young locals come to swim and rage, which is why they do it in outerwear and do not take a shower before visiting. Nearby there are shops, the central market, the beach, the Embankment and bus and trolleybus stops. I recommend.

On July 23, we stayed at the inter-Sukhum hotel and did not regret our choice. Incredible views from the open balcony. A beautiful, spacious pool with enough space for everyone! The food in the dining room is very tasty, hearty, and varied. They have never been poisoned. We do not recommend taking boiling water in the dining room, there will be a large sediment in the mug! It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea, there are many places in the vicinity where you can have lunch or dinner if you haven't paid at the hotel (one of these is a piece of wood, ask the locals they will tell you the way, you won't regret it) The room is not too spacious. In the center there is a large 2-bedroom bed, an additional cot. Of course, it is comfortable to sleep on it, but it creaks very much. There are coolers with hot and cold water on the floors. It's pretty bad about the Internet here. In our room, it was caught only at the door and behind it, on the common balcony. Nearby there are bus stops from which you can get to the main sights of the city (monkey nursery, botanical garden, Freedom Square, etc.) the fare is 15 rubles. In general, the impression was good. Everything is clean, neat, we recommend it!
