An excellent INTER CARGO company. I am very grateful to this company. Many thanks to manager Vitaly for the professional selection of a car from the USA. Throughout all the stages, Vitaly helped me with all questions, always politely answered all questions and helped me at any time. The whole process took a little over two months and everything went very smoothly and without any problems. I ordered a VW Taos 1.5L. Vitaly offered me an option, the sel configuration slightly soaked in the Hudson River just above the rapids, and I did not lose. After arriving at the SVH in Minsk, the car was taken for repair at a service station. Everything was done great there and the car became like new. I am very happy with the car, taking into account all expenses and repairs, it became at least $ 5 thousand cheaper for me than the RB market, this is due to full customs clearance. Anyone who is going to contact this company to bring a car from America, I want to save your money as much as possible. I ask you to read my review and not step on the same rake.
We found the Columbus Auto company on the Internet, and their website interested us. Immediately upon arrival, we were given documents from Intercargo. We had our doubts, but they explained to us that they just work in the same office. The good reviews bribed us, and we decided to bring a car.
We drove a Ford Explorer, and Nikita, the manager, oversaw our process. After signing the contract, Nikita sent us information about the car the next day and said it was a great option: the airbags didn't work, the impact was weak, and repairs would cost $1,500. The blow landed on the back.
However, after the car arrived, repairs with spare parts did not cost the promised $ 1,500, but $7,000. The lack of spare parts for this car played a huge role. As a result, the time was spent, and the cost of the car turned out to be the same as for av.by .
Thanks to Intercargo and manager Nikita. It took me a long time to get away from this situation, but in the end I found other guys, bought a car at an auction through them and made a profit of $ 5,000, not a loss of 7,000. You can decide for yourself, but I sincerely advise you to avoid these scammers.
I also want to add how these expensive liars spin money. They say that the car is delayed and parked in Lithuania, and for this they added 700 euros on top. The geniuses!

Thanks to InterCargo for the car!
In May, I decided to change the car and in June I started calling companies who would be able to bring a new car from China. I decided on the model (Nissan X-Trail), color and the most recent release date.
I considered offers from Westmotors, Multimotors and InterCargo, but in the end I settled on the latter, which I do not regret a day.
Denis, an excellent and caring manager, met me on behalf of the company. I immediately threw off an example of the contract and discussed the terms of delivery. Actually, this is what interested me. The process is standard: we conclude a contract for the selection of a car, the car is located, a video inspection is underway, an invoice is issued and a tedious wait. I paid for myself - I spent about 10 hours. I went to customs 2 times, but if there were no queues by October 1, I could have made it in one.
To summarize: Denis was in touch almost 24/7, the delivery itself was as transparent as possible and, in general, the service was provided at the highest level.
Once again, thanks a lot to Denis for his help at all stages of the process.

In May 2024, a contract was signed for the purchase of a car from the USA. Manager Vitaly, who carried out the selection and purchase of the car, immediately offered help in purchasing original used car repair parts. This is where the main problem occurred.
Spare parts in the amount of $ 1000 (+ $500 for delivery) were paid in cash to the manager and arrived a month before the car itself in Minsk.
On Vitaly's recommendation, the car was transported to a service station for body repair. After 12 days, the service station employees were notified that out of 4 spare parts (hood, wing, bumper, headlight), 3 parts were defective and it was not possible to install them on the car (the minimum gap between the hood and bumper that could be exposed was 5 cm, and it was easier to leave the native dented wing). In this regard, it was necessary to re-take the bumper and hood in place, only Chinese, and not the declared "original" ones.
They appealed to Vitaly with a demand to return the money in exchange for the spare parts ordered by him, to which the answer was given that they should have immediately looked at the spare parts and refused, and now it's too late.
How they could be considered without the actual presence of a car remains a question in the air. Between the moment of arrival of spare parts and the moment when the service station employees took the car to work - 1.5 months.
In my opinion, Vitaly, a specialist who has been working for several years, should take into account what needs to be done and in what sequence, offering these services, as he put it "out of the kindness of his heart." Also, in the pursuit of additional earnings and attracting customers, do not substitute customers.
A car is not a cheap pleasure and it is unacceptable to throw away $ 1,500, originally budgeted for the car.
When trying to resolve this issue with the company's management, the director said that: "The company is not engaged in the sale and delivery of spare parts, because the manager fulfilled his conditions under the contract. And what the manager personally suggested is not of interest to me."
I suppose such cases as ours are not isolated. Don't fall for the money, take into account someone else's negative experience.

I ordered a car from the USA through this organization. This was before the closure of the route through Lithuania in June 2024. Naturally, there were doubts. But manager Julia (who quit almost immediately after signing the contract) swore that there would be no problems, there were alternative delivery routes, everything would be super good, no need to worry. As a result, we signed a contract and paid the money.
And it began. Lithuania has become. My car is stuck in the states. There is no reaction from Intercargo. All that was answered - wait. There were no alternative ways. As a result, three months later, the car went through Georgia at the highest price on the market for delivery. At the age of 5, I did not have time and got to customs clearance + additional costs at each step.
I would like to note that the managers do not provide almost any support. You drive yourself, you search for yourself, you rastamazhivayut yourself, etc. Even for the transportation of cars, they cannot tell which banks to pay and which commissions.
I am completely shocked by this story. It's been a long time since I've seen such disregard for customers.
By the way, no one even thought to apologize or offer at least some kind of discount.

The manager conducted the transaction from the contract to the receipt of the customs declaration, but most of all I liked that they were included in the budget and the condition actually met expectations, I had to buy only glass and a bumper booster for repairs, without pitfalls.

I first came across the purchase of a car through an auction in the United States in 2024. And my choice fell on the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox.
The previous 2017 Buick Encore car was already purchased on the Belarusian market after repair. That was in 2021.
After a while, I felt some kind of trick… The problem with the headlight started. After all, it was from her side that the blow fell.
When they started examining it, it was all glued together, leaky. It was obvious that a "schoolboy" was working on it. I had to buy a new headlight. The troubles didn't end there. I mean, when you buy an already "repaired" American car that was being prepared for sale and a minimum amount of money was invested in it for repairs, you need to be ready for any "surprises".
Another thing is buying a car through an auction, when you see the full story about the owners, about the maintenance of the car, the real mileage, etc.
Yes, there are always risks! You can also buy a "pig in a poke", but most often this happens when you do it yourself without professionals. To avoid this, I turned to them in the Intercarco company (InterCargo). Igor, the manager, greeted me with a good mood.
It is not the first year that he has been helping Belarusians who do not understand much about the nuances of American auctions and buy good cars at low prices. With his light hand, clean (in terms of biography) and slightly broken cars arrive in Belarus, which are restored here, after which they remain with the owners or are resold on the market.
He is a professional in his field and an expert on cars from the USA knows firsthand how and what is sold at American auctions. Sometimes experience and unlimited access to all kinds of databases (CarFax, Autocheck) (something that ordinary people like Me do not have) allow you to purchase a good copy for ridiculous money with low mileage and savings of 20% compared to the local market price. This is the car that you know about, what happened to it and how repairs will be carried out.
I am not disappointed in my choice. Only original spare parts were bought into the car during the repair! Everything was done with love!
The car's journey from the auction to the container loading site, then to the European port, and from there to Minsk was about two months from 11.11.2023 to 07.01.2024
It was difficult to get rid of the worries…
It is good when there is such a specialist who will explain point by point who to buy from and how to choose. He will participate in the auction himself, calculate the cost of the car and accompany it online up to the Belarusian customs. Of course, there were worries!
These were reasonable risks and a discount of 2-3 thousand dollars compensates for everything!
Although, having felt the difference in price between the "whole" one, already bought on the Belarusian market and a slightly battered car from the USA, he makes a choice in favor of the latter. Anyway, you will know how it was damaged and how it was restored, what spare parts were used, and you will also be sure of the reliability of its mileage and real condition.

Unfortunately, the process of buying a car turned into hell, without exaggeration. After a thorough initial consultation, where everyone seemed to have heard each other's terms (I will immediately note that the company promises a lot - but only in words, which then mean nothing). We also discussed the average delivery time, we were shown 10 examples with delivery up to 60 days, and the responsibility of the company in case something happens to the car on the way.
What did we get in the end:
-delivery 4.5 months from the date of payment
-a battered side (dents on the wing), although initially, according to all documents, the bumper of the car was torn off and the bottom was damaged.
Now the company refuses to compensate for the damage. What she sent a screenshot of the correspondence from the chat, while they received the information on February 16, and it was announced to us only on February 23.
We were also fined $ 55 for late payment, although we made the payment to the American company on time and provided a supporting document.
Managers can only make empty promises and lie.
It's a shame that such companies still exist. And it's even more frustrating that their clients find themselves in desperate situations, like we are now.
So if you are ready to risk your money and be responsible for everything that you pay a lot of money for, you are here. But I sincerely advise against it.
