This is the second time we have contacted Intercity on Kozlov. Tatiana Lakhmakova helped us choose the tours, patiently enduring our agony of choice. This year we chose Turkey (Side), the Sueno beach hotel. Tatiana honestly warned that the hotel was good, but there might be old rooms. We were lucky, we got a great room. And the hotel itself is very nice. Large territory, friendly staff, sandy beach, good entrance to the sea, pools, slides, entertainment. The food was varied, the cleaning was good. I liked everything. Thanks to the tour operator, the hotel and our dad for a great vacation! We extended our summer in September!

We thank Tatiana Kashtalyan for a great vacation in Qatar. We chose the Hilton Salwa beach&villas hotel. We were very satisfied. A gorgeous huge beautiful territory, there is a water park. On weekdays, the water park is completely sparsely populated, it feels like you've rented the entire water park for yourself. There are many restaurants, but mostly we ate at the buffet restaurant. The choice of dishes is sufficient, especially delicious breakfasts and dinners. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. You can leave your child at the kids' club, but keep in mind that the staff only speaks English. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Doha and back three times a day. I really liked the city, it's great to shop around. The weather in Qatar in mid-November is beautiful, sunny and warm every day. It was very comfortable to sunbathe, not the scorching sun, not stuffy.

I had a trip to the seaside planned for December 2025. The choice was between new directions for me: Oman and the Chinese island of Hainan. The total cost of the trip and the flight time played in favor of the first option. I contacted the manager Tatiana Kashtalyan at the Minsk office of Intercity at 44 Independence Street. After talking, we decided to settle on Hainan. I already had a hotel in Hainan marked in advance, so the conversation with the manager, Tatiana, naturally ended with the signing of the contract. The time waiting for the trip passed somehow unnoticed, and already boarding the plane, I could not believe that in 12 hours I could walk down the street in shorts and a T-shirt, and even hide from the hot sun. Boarding the plane, passing through airport control, transfer to the hotel, check-in at the hotel and the first day of rest are the sweetest moments of relaxation. My vacation took place at the Yun Zhi Ju (Barry Boutique) 4* Hotel, which is located in Dadonghai Bay. I won't tell you about the hotel in detail, but I will briefly say that the hotel met my expectations. I didn't have any big complaints about breakfast, but I would like cheese for breakfast, and in China it's kind of bad with cheese. The hotel itself is located close to the beach: it takes no more than 4 minutes to walk from the hotel entrance to the steps on the beach. There are also many shops, cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Russian Russian will not be necessary, because many cafes have menus with pictures with Russian inscriptions, and in large restaurants the waiters know Russian well. Food prices in cafes and restaurants are low, and the portions are large, for example, borscht in Sanya restaurant costs 6 yuan for a huge plate. There were no questions about shopping in stores either. Of the excursions, I was on a free sightseeing tour, the city was shown from the bus window, there were no photo stops, I was taken to a silk and pearl store, a tea factory with a visit to a tea ceremony, a store from a shark food factory, and also visited a snake farm. In addition, I went to the Nanshan Buddhist Complex in the middle of my vacation. Overall, the rest was excellent, and the trip to Hainan can be repeated. Always fresh and juicy fruits, a huge selection of pastries, a selection of yoghurts, excellent cheeses and sausages, I want to mention for breakfast: omelets and scrambled eggs were cooked right in front of you at will. There were European, Asian, and local dishes. ·Dinners: a la carte, not buffet: Every evening was like a gastronomic trip. The hotel's restaurant offers different cuisines of the world. We managed to try: Omani, Iranian, Indian. The portions are very large. The quality of the products has always been at the highest level. There has never been the slightest complaint. At the same time, you can take the products with you. The waiter will just take the groceries, pack them up, put everything in a bag. Beach and pool: The beach is clean, with soft sand, umbrellas and sun beds are provided free of charge, and a shuttle service has been arranged. The seaside vacation also included food and drinks. Because of this, there are inconveniences in terms of communication, buying food, just communicating with locals, etc. Otherwise, it's very good. The people are kind, friendly, and you feel calm and safe even at night in some alleys. Lots of lights everywhere, lights, everything is clean and tidy. Good public transport, but we need preliminary preparation) we personally liked the food, but we also love it here, Chinese cuisine. Therefore, every institution was interesting for us, we tried not to go to Russified places. It's never too late to leave a review, especially when you've exceeded your expectations by 200%.Many thanks to Tatiana Kashtalyan, who organized a cool January vacation for us, namely: a combo tour, a direct flight from Minsk, in principle persuaded us to the UAE, although both were skeptical, the first Ras Al Khaimah Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island (4*) from 9 to 15.01 all inclusive (the hotel is very cool, you will not regret it, yes it is purely family, lying, drinking, eating, but when it is a combo tour, everything is organic), then we moved to Dubai Al Khoory Executive Hotel (3*) breakfast from 15 to 20.01 (hiking has already begun here, only 1 time we were at the sea😂). The price of the tour turned out to be super-profitable, the tourists we met on the spot cried at our stories about the combo tour, because no one offered them such a thing. Once again, many thanks to such a knowledgeable specialist as Tatiana🫶🏻

In mid-November, we flew from Intercity to Sharm, the Iber Hotel. I liked everything! The hotel is lovely, 16+, no children, quiet, calm and clean.The sea is very warm and clean, the bay is windless, the water and air temperature are very comfortable for my husband and me. The main thing is that you will be "guided" to the very departure, transmit all the accurate information on flights, departure time, etc. During the holidays, Tatiana is always in touch, you can ask a question and get an answer promptly. P.S. June 2022. rest at the hotel Alegria 5* Side district. The hotel is for adults, without children - the main audience is Germans, a few Europeans and Russian speakers. The rooms are small, cozy, and have loggias. The food is quite decent. The sea is 10 minutes from the hotel, the beach is divided into zones by hotel, there is Wi-Fi. The entrance is sand, smooth. Beer from 10-00, you buy fruits yourself. Entertainment is just a game of "bocho", as it is all over the beach.
