Quiet relaxation by the ocean at the new Arabian Sea Resort We had a rest together for 11 nights, from 20.02 to 03.03.2026. The hotel is brand new, cozy and very calm — ideal for a reboot. Accommodation and territory Large rooms with huge panoramic windows, daily cleaning service. We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the surf — complete harmony. The beach is 2 minutes away, including the descent from the room. Their sun beds and towels are provided at the bar — fresh every day. It is pleasant to walk in both directions: to the left on the soft and clean sand with a view of the mountains or to the right along the rocks at low tide — you get amazing photos, it feels like you are on an island. Free—range camels often came, adding exotics. There is no animation yet, but this is only a plus for quiet relaxation. Food (Soft All) It was satisfying and delicious: beef, chicken, camel, fish every time. Lots of vegetables, excellent hummus, delicious soups and a variety of desserts. Drinks: tea, coffee, standard soda; good juices at the bar during the day. Location and transport Salalah Airport is about 70 km away, and Mirbat is ~12 km away. A one—way taxi to Mirbat cost about $15 - it seemed expensive, but there was no special need to go somewhere. Excursions and weather We took a couple of half—day excursions - perfect: you don't get tired or burn out. The tour operator promptly arranged a transfer and accommodation with three meals a day at the Salalah Garden Hotel — thank you very much! Then we were escorted on departure, and on 03/05/2026 we successfully arrived in Minsk. This forced "extension" only reinforced the positive impression about Oman.
