Our great vacation in Qatar is over, but we will remember it forever. Flying to Qatar in the middle of July, knowing almost nothing about this country, we could not imagine that it would be so wonderful! We flew as a family with my son for 10 years. Important: we all tolerate the heat well and love big cities. We chose the Sheraton Grand Doha 5* hotel in the capital with its own beach. Despite its age (the hotel is 45 years old), it is a masterpiece. The rooms are huge, and the staff responds instantly to all requests. The food includes dishes of local and national cuisine (Indian, Thai, sushi, pasta), lots of seafood, fruits, cheeses and fresh juices in the assortment. The beach is within walking distance and is open from 6 a.m. to sunset. Towels are waiting on free sun beds, and water is brought in thermocontainers with ice. There are always enough sun beds, no need to occupy them early in the morning. Doha is a very beautiful and safe city. You can buy excursions, or you can take a taxi somewhere on your own. I would like to thank Natalia from Intercity for her help in choosing a vacation option. It wasn't easy with us: we wanted something, I don't know what (smiley). But everything turned out the best! Natalia will now face a task with an asterisk.: It's also a good idea to choose a tour to another country (flirt). I recommend buying tours in official offices: customer orientation at a very high level: booking, rebooking for a longer period, payment deadlines, competent managers! Elena was always in touch: help with check-in (the issue was decided by themselves), but the offer of help is already valuable. And, of course, escorts when the flight is postponed for 15 hours. I flew to Egypt, booked in February, changed the number of days in March - this operator has the best prices. Changing the terms of the tour is no question. They were supposed to fly back on June 6 at 4 p.m., but the flight was postponed to June 7 at 6 a.m. The hotel room was not extended, 100% occupancy: the operator offered us to move to another hotel without additional charges. Such attention to customers is worth a lot) . They did not change the hotel: Sharm Club beach resort: we were given the opportunity to use everything and in full, but to use the shower in the hotel's Spa. By the way: in many cases, 5 customers were told goodbye at 3:00 p.m. or the surcharge for a room without power was $170. Thank you for the quality service and a great stay)

When, due to personal circumstances, we needed to postpone the departure date, calmly and without showing displeasure, I issued new documents. After booking, we repeatedly asked for various clarifications of the details of the trip and always met with a friendly attitude and a prompt response. To enter Georgia, it was necessary to fill out an appropriate questionnaire on the website in English. Nervous situations arose at the airport on this occasion: some of the travelers did not know about the questionnaire, someone had a website on their phone. Alla not only filled out the questionnaire without our participation, but also enclosed a printout in a package of documents. At Batumi airport, despite the arrival earlier than the set time, a transfer was already waiting for us. The hotel fully corresponded to the description and our expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly. At our request, we changed the room to one located on a higher floor, and actively helped with the organization of trips around Batumi and beyond.
