We recently returned from Oman. The tour operator was InterCity. We visited the Fanar Hotel, which is part of the Hawana Salalah complex. The territory is large, 3 beaches (for children, with waves, sports). I really enjoyed my vacation!! Various excursions were offered, you definitely won't get bored. The weather is great, the sea is clear. Another advantage is that you can use the restaurants and beaches of other hotels on the territory. We recommend it!

We stayed at the Retaj hotel, the beach is across the street, the food is varied. There were questions about the room service, but they were quickly resolved. The selected tour was formed taking into account our wishes. Elena answered all the questions very quickly! I was constantly in touch during the preparation of the tour, and later on, during my vacation!
We stayed at the hotel
Century Marina Hotel 5*, which has its own shopping center, which can be accessed without leaving the hotel. The hotel itself is located in the chic new Lusail district.
The room is beautiful with a view of the Place Vendôme shopping center - it's a real palace, within walking distance, of extraordinary beauty,
with boutiques Dior, Prada, Bottega Veneta, etc., as well as fashion brands Zara, H&M, Oysho, Nike, Adidas, etc.
There are many cafes and restaurants on the territory of the shopping center with views of the canal and the musical fountain.
The hotel room is spacious, cleaning is done every day, the staff is good-natured, the food is very good!
Our hotel also has a beautiful view of the Raffles Doha 5* Hotel. He's very handsome too!
There are many sights of extraordinary beauty in the city.
Beach holidays were not a priority for us, and evening walks around the city are simply fabulous!
We went to the beach a few times. I really liked everything!

In February, we flew to the UAE, many thanks to Natalia Silich for her prompt work in selecting the tour. In a very short period, we decided on a hotel and a resort. We had a rest in Sharjah at the Lou Lou Beach Resort, the hotel and the staff are excellent. It's great that there was a beach and a swimming pool nearby, everything is very clean and tidy. The only caveat is that a transfer was brought to the airport upon departure, but there is no escort or traffic information on the territory of Dubai airport, it was not clear where to go. I liked the excursions offered by the accompanying person on the tour. This is not the first time we have traveled with Intercity. Thank you for your work!

I recently returned from the Miranda Moral Beach hotel in the center of Kemer. The rest was a success, although the hotel has a modest three stars. As a result, we chose a good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio (Crystal Aura Beach Resort Spa, Kemer). Many thanks for the excellent organization of a combined tour in the UAE to an employee of the office of the Intercity travel agency (Titan Shopping Center) Natalia Silich in June 2022. The tour lasted 2 weeks. The travel agency booked 2 hotels: one on the shores of the Indian Ocean (Fujairah region), the second in the Palm Jumeirah paradise in Dubai. Both 5* hotels were selected at a very good price :) An individual transfer between the hotels and to the airport was also offered for the tour. We were very pleased with the trip. We will definitely return to the agency to purchase new tours. IT WAS ONE OF OUR BEST TRIPS :)

We turned to Intercity by chance, since at the time of booking, few travel agencies in Minsk were engaged in the Georgian direction. Alla turned out to be not only a professional in her field, but also a responsive person: she helped us choose a good price-quality option in Batumi. When, due to personal circumstances, we needed to postpone the departure date, calmly and without showing displeasure, I issued new documents. After booking, we repeatedly asked for various clarifications of the details of the trip and always met with a friendly attitude and a prompt response. To enter Georgia, it was necessary to fill out an appropriate questionnaire on the website in English. Nervous situations arose at the airport on this occasion: some of the travelers did not know about the questionnaire, someone had a website on their phone. Alla not only filled out the questionnaire without our participation, but also enclosed a printout in a package of documents.
At Batumi airport, despite the arrival earlier than the set time, a transfer was already waiting for us. The hotel fully corresponded to the description and our expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly. At our request, we changed the room to one located on a higher floor, and actively helped with the organization of trips around Batumi and beyond. We were very pleased with the trip itself and its impeccable organization. We recommend Intercity!

First of all, I would like to thank InterCity and personally Yanovich Alla, the head of the office at the Titan shopping center, for the excellent organization of the holiday. Everything was done with maximum convenience for us - both here in Minsk and upon arrival in Egypt. I would like to note that initially the cost was 150 rubles more expensive, but when we arrived to pick up all the documents, the cost decreased and we received a refund (a VERY pleasant surprise). We rested from 26.02 to 08.03.2020.
Initially, hotels of 4 stars and above were considered, but Alla convinced us that this is a very decent three!)) And we are 100% convinced of this, the Falcon Naama Star 3* Hotel will give odds to many more fours and some fives! I have already gone on vacation from InterCity more than once and every time everything was organized at the highest level, starting from hotel offers, taking into account all the subtleties of the customer and up to full escort (meeting, check-in at the hotel, guide work, check-out and transfers from / to the plane). What can I say: my arrival was not welcome, as if I was distracting a specialist from something important, I was immediately offered Italy as the best alternative. Somehow they couldn't convince me that Italy was really more interesting than me, and they didn't try. As a result, several vacation options in Greece and 1-2 in Italy were sent to my email, they didn't even ask about my budget.
