So cozy and luxurious rooms, I stayed only a day but I used all spas, saunas, and swimming.. they are incredible. The staff is also polite and professional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel 🥰🥰

Amazing breakfast. Nice champagne. Omelet chef is really good. Make sure you go for breakfast if you are visiting Tashkent

A modern chain hotel in a great location. The lobby is always beautiful and smells good, the fitness club there is not bad, but expensive, there is a swimming pool, clean, pleasant water, a lot of sun loungers, there is also a Jacuzzi quite large. The women's section has a hammam and sauna, its own recreation area, it is very pleasant to relax there. A separate pleasure is the means in the shower from Byredo. The staff is polite.

We celebrated the New Year in this hotel, we liked everything, a spacious room with a view of the central library, a great bathroom, a good bar. The only thing for me was the slightly cool water in the pool, I wanted a couple of degrees warmer, and the fact that I had to walk to the sauna and the locker room was also uncomfortable, since it was cool in the hallway. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, everything is great, I recommend

A good world-class hotel with good but ostentatious service.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied.
A nice spa area with a nice pool and saunas.
The rooms are comfortable, except that I would like a harder mattress, not so soft.
Well, we need to adjust the staff: you ask, they happily nod and assure you of your performance, but they don't do anything. Everything is fine in the restaurant and bar, the reception staff gives up on requests after one. I asked for flowers in the room, they promised, but they didn't. He called/ asked for new towels and napkins, reminded me, the towels were brought after all, they forgot about the napkins

Friendly, attentive, courteous staff. We are always ready to pay attention, help, and prompt. The room is clean and spacious. Great view of the city. Beautiful work of florists on the ground floor. The pool has clear water, pleasant temperature. Be careful with the floors, it is slippery in shoes / slippers, barefoot does not slip. The breakfasts are delicious.

A wonderful hotel, cozy rooms, wonderful views from the window,good location, very helpful and responsible staff, always ready to help in any matter, the breakfast is fantastic, very varied and delicious, the waiters and chefs do everything to ensure that guests are satisfied with the food and service, I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Probably the best hotel in Tashkent. Nice rooms, varied breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff, always ready to help. But I can't help but keep silent, we were staying during some kind of forum, and when we came to breakfast we were disappointed that there was simply nowhere to sit down, even the empty tables were dirty, they even waited a long time for the appliances, the staff did not have time to serve everyone and even replenish the dishes. I think that the hotel did not calculate the load. I hope they fix it.
