On the positive side, it's good that they kept and developed what they started, however, if the first director (Yuri Isakovich) was still in office, half of the employees would already be looking for a new job... Clients are interrupted, consultations are given differently (the hotline gives some recommendations and advice, the operating room is completely different), they talk in memorized phrases like robots, there is no interest in solving issues. I asked a slightly more complicated question and that's it, I'm almost sure that many employees treat their work responsibly, but, "black sheep, spoils the whole flock," I came across one, so the review is appropriate.
