Wide range of products, good quality of foid, clean environment… so why “1”? The price on the price tag does not match the price at the checkout. Surprisingly at the checkout it is higher 😀. Judging by the fact that such a review is not the first, this is a deliberate deception of consumers.
The employee said: “You don’t have to take it at the higher price. But I can’t sell out at the tag’s price.” Prices have changed. I asked: when? One employee said: “a couple of weeks ago”. Another one: “right out after the new year”. And both of them immediately offered me a book of complaints. I bought the product and informed the manager. The manager promised to correct the price tag. I came again a day later - nothing had changed. Looks like the store cares neither about the customers nor about the image. Then be carefull at the checkout. Most likely you pay more than they announce by the tags.

Good shop that sells a variety of imported food. And they've got a fresh fish stall.
Service could improve I suppose as it's more expensive compared to other grocery shops in Astana. For example, they could pack my purchases for me instead of my doing it.

Very tasty pastries!! Baursaks are the most delicious in the city and buns with apple filling, awesome and croissants with chocolate and condensed milk! 😋. There is always a large assortment of cheeses and sausages, the tableware department is pleased: there are a lot of interesting interior items, tea sets, wooden boards. Department with chocolates . Thank you for your work, it's a pleasure to come to you!!
