On December 20, without receiving gifts, I call and write to the managers, they inform me that delivery will be on December 25 or 26. 4 days before the new year, without receiving gifts, I try to contact the manager Anna Tsedrik again by phone, she always turns out to be busy, does not want to talk, responds only to e-mails in which she says that they have a problem with packaging and there will be gifts.... after the new year. So our children won't receive gifts ordered and paid for in September??? No one even called and warned, refused gifts, bought them themselves in an emergency. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH AN irresponsible seller!!!

Underweight in every gift! We ordered gifts for the new year in the group (for 2017) "Modnik" a suitcase on wheels, the promised weight of 1200 g, the number of sweets 70 pcs, the composition of the Elite. The cost is 1,349 rubles. At the end of November, the order arrived. We opened the boxes and.... horror! the gifts are piled up, the handles and wheels are in a separate box, i.e. we are also offered to collect them for such a price. But most importantly! The supplier unilaterally reduced the composition of the gift, and put 65 pieces of candy instead of 70 pieces!!! And then, I managed to replace some of them with those that are worse! The weight of the gift, respectively, turned out to be not 1200 grams, but 1160 grams, i.e. underweight 40 grams, and from 25 pieces of ordered gifts we were deceived into 1 kg of sweets! I've never seen anything like this before. The operator, when making a claim, said that they could not guess the weight! That is, the weight and composition are approximate everywhere, by eye, are they obtained? I do not recommend working with this company. The mood is ruined.
